Panda Express
I’ve been coming here for years. Today was the worst service. My husband went to the In and Out here at this location and was waiting for me. He ordered, received his order and ate while I waited in line, any one who visits In and Out knows how crazy busy that place is. Sadly the person on the register was slow, making mistakes and was unsupported. The food was put in containers and sat on the counter getting cold. When I talked with the manager, her response was “we have people on lunch.” Either plan better or hire more help. There were 5 people in front of me and 1 behind. It wasn’t crazy busy. At a minimum the manager should have opened the other register. Very disappointed as I ate my Luke warm lunch!
I spent $80 on lunch for me and my coworkers I asked if I could get the code to use the restroom while the cowmein was getting cooked. Mayra M the cashier gave me the wrong code 3 times and made me wait till she finished cashing other clients I then asked her why she gave me the wrong code and she whispered “oh it’s because the bathroom is employees only you have to wait till the next one is available” I sat down and waited when the next person came out I went in and came out 2 minutes later to see another customer go into the bathroom that was suppose to be “employees only” I immediately noticed none of the 2 bathrooms had an employee only sign. I went and asked Mayra M again why she didn’t give me the code but someone else could use the restroom she then whispered as to not call attention that it’s because that bathroom has stuff in it that is being stored or someone could fall etc ? That’s a ridiculous excuse how am I A construction worker who works around tripping hazards constantly, more exposed to trip then another client. To me it was the fact that I’m a blue collar worker and she simply did not want me to use the other bathroom not to mentioned the bathroom I did use was dirty and with water on the floor and the trash over filled that’s a tripping hazard.
