Fantastic food and incredible service. We love their fresh, made to order food. There are 3 tables for dining in, but we always get take out. It is the freshest, most generous Chinese restaurant in Marin. Lots of vegetables and protein. Not loaded with hunks of onion like other places.

I'm going there because the food it's fresh and excellent , specially the egg rolls, the shrimp, the wonton sup and the fried rice.

Neighborhood Chinese in a strip mall. Atmosphere and decor very basic, but more than made up for by the food and service. Second visit was as good as the first. This time we had orange beef- perfectly cooked beef in a not-too-sweet sauce, salt and pepper prawns- really fresh prawns in a crispy batter, and cashew chicken - chicken and a good amount of veggies. Also had Singapore noodles which were delicious, just the right amount of curry flavor. Service was great, iced water and tea as you sit down, and the food is served really quickly. Portions are enough for a second meal and very reasonable prices. Recommended for an evening meal when you don't feel like cooking.

Good, not great. This is what happens with no competition. Small portions, $2 extra for rice (not jasmine), mediocre service. The orange beef and broccoli is very dry. Also out of broccoli... will not return.

I’m not even about to write a long review I’m going to keep it short. STOP RAISING THE PRICES “lunch special” at any Chinese restaurant never hits close to $20. Price alone is the reason I won’t be coming back. Prices have changed 2/3 times in the past 2 years. Next thing you know it’ll be $25 for a “lunch special”

The food here is great! I'm a long-time customer. It's always been consistent. The staff are friendly and the lady at the counter knows her regular customer's orders. Great place!

This was such a lovely place - it had a great ambience and food and very reasonable pricing! The best thing imo was the service. The waiter was very friendly, extremely funny and infectiously happy and we had a jolly good time. The food is delicious - most of my group had a special lunch meal that came with a soup and a spring roll. I really liked my Family Tofu dish and I recommend this place highly.

After living in Marin County for many years, we had struggled to find a great Chinese restaurant—until tonight. Our first visit to Emma's Chinese Restaurant was a wonderful surprise. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions that left plenty to take home. The restaurant has been beautifully remodeled, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Located at 817 Francisco Blvd W in San Rafael, near the I-580 and US-101 junction, it’s easy to find. If you're looking for a fantastic meal, give Emma's a try—you won’t be disappointed! Larry S

Fast fresh and hot. Manager asked us if we wanted to wait for fresh chow mean instead of just serving us the last bit from the bottom of the bowl… little thoughtful actions like this go a long way.

I love Panda Express at the Northgate Mall in San Rafael CA : ) I have become a big fast food person in the past few years... lol. I know that most and/ or many people have moved away from greasey, overprocessed, and "fake" foods, but I have come to appreciate them greater : ) I feel like Panda Express offers some of the best deals for food/ money ratio. I cannot complain about there App and point earning system either, which discounts or makes items free. Thank you.

This restaurant is amazing. Great food for a great price. Such a sweet little gem in the heart of San Rafael.

Because of the holiday and as a manage of a 70 million dollar restaurant business. I cannot accept the attitude of the restaurant from foh staff today. In addition to the unprofessional attitude, there is no effective way to appease customers on the premise of commercial profits during the holidays, which is the biggest fatal flaw in the service industry. We waited for an hour and nine minutes and only got one pan-fried dumpling and four cups of Coke, which can be made in just ten minutes. Because of the holiday, I knew it would be very busy, so we waited for an hour before telling the waiter, please give me We had little food because the children were hungry. I observed that although they catered to customers according to the order of food orders, there were many complaints from customers due to the large number of takeaways, and we were really one of them. Busy restaurants should control the number of takeout orders and the number of takeout orders, and timely close and open the number of orders to ensure that the number of guests visiting the restaurant and the number of takeout orders are controlled. A business activity that really wants to make money is not suitable for us to enjoy food. The very rude attitude and words of the receptionist are very unexpected and surprising in this place. It is definitely not recommended to visit.

Don't let the ugly city block location and meter parking turn you away. Best pork potstickers ever. Prices are sovereign and staff is welcoming and cool.

Really great service. Big portion sizes and reasonably priced. I loved the hot and sour soup.
