Little Ollie's
Never been to Little Ollies in years, so glad we stopped by. The food has been amazing ever since. Get their spring rolls and their tofu sesame wok and you’re all good. Loved the desserts, especially the Reese’s peanut butter pie slice, get that as a dessert. Overall, we really liked this Asian restaurant with their great selection of entrees to choose from with the great staff, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend this place for Asian food!
It was my first time going to the little Ollie's I really like the place and the staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice it was a nice decoration and very family liking but wants the food came I totally hated it the smell of it the taste of it I didn't have a good food experience so I'm not sure if I'm going to go there again or if I go I'm going to try something much better than I had my partner ordered the lemon chicken with white rice and I ordered fried rice beef tenderloin but it was awful and very salty. I could eat it. Also my partner's food the chiken was so greasy and no flavor of Seasoning and steamed vegetables was awful hard and not boiled also bad choosing of veggies. Over all I was looking towards it because my partner lived this place but I was very very disappointed. I hope if I come another time I am hoping for better food and good recommendations. But the staff and the waiters were so respectful and friendly.
Sweet Ginger Asian Bistro&Sushi
THE FOOD IS AMAZING! I had a multitude of foods from this restaurant and have particularly enjoyed the Firecrackers and the Lobster roll! The food was out
I had a chance to visit this place with my uncle and tried many dishes. This Asian bistro served an exquisite variety of dishes. We went there for dinner. The Rock shrimp was crispy, with a delicate, savory glaze that balanced sweet and umami flavors. Shishito peppers brought a smoky kick and they are at their best, while the Tofu eggplant was tender, soaked in a rich, umami sauce. Chicken fried rice was comforting with well-seasoned, fluffy grains. Chicken is juicy and couldn’t have expected any better from that. Hot sake offered a warm, subtle sweetness, while the rice tea at the end was earthy and soothing. The atmosphere complemented the food with its authenticity and elevated the experience of Chinese cuisine to a new level. A must-visit for Asian food lovers.
Fortune Wok to Table
Browsing through the Yelp Best Chinese Restaurant List, found I have never dined at Fortune Wok to Table in Cherry Creek North. Asked around and heard their Shanghai style handmade dumplings and noodles were quite good, so went there and ordered their wonton soup, pan fried pork dumpling and vegetable fried rice. The texture of the wonton and dumplings were pretty good, everything was very tasty. As I was complaining about parking in Cherry Creek North, heard they just opened a second location called Fortune Nong Jia Le in Washington Park (500 E Alameda Ave Denver). For the sake of parking, will certainly go there next time.
Had lunch here with my daughter and we loved the street noodles with shrimp. Sauce that came with the dumplings was delicious. I was envious of the broccoli that came with our neighbor’s dish and will add that next time.
OBar
Sean MVP of Customer Service 🙌 👌 👏 👍. Gave me the honor of feeling 5 Star 🌟. My Everything was definitely the Top of my list. Blessings and a Shout out to you All @ Little Ollie's. Atmosphere was very classy and Family 👪 friendly 👏
Obar is by far the best bar/restaurant in Cherry Creek! It has a great atmosphere for family, business or drinks w friends. The food is amazing from the Asian cuisine to the American style bbq. The drinks are great and Cindy Is the most welcoming and sweet person in all of cherry creek. I go just to see Cindy sometimes. Chloe Charlie and Lawrence also make this a must go. Love u guys
NSB Yu-MI Sushi & Sake Cafe
Amazing experience at Yu-Mi! The sushi was incredibly fresh, the gyoza perfectly crisp and flavorful. A perfect blend of traditional and modern dishes, all beautifully presented. Great service and atmosphere—can’t wait to return!
This restaurant is a hidden gem in New Symrna Beach ⛱️ Very good sushi and Korean Cuisine. Sushi Platters are large and colorful. Got the fried chicken bowl with Glass Noodles and Rice. Very flavorful and spicy!
New Wing Fat Chinese Restaurant
I’d say this place might be decent if you want family take out of crazy Chinese food. I’m sure it can be very filling. I had missed the lunch special and just wanted a plate to feed my son and I. I mentioned I just wanted orange chicken and chow mein, and they said they could do it no problem. Come to find out my small takeout plate cost $18. Not worth it.
Did not taste right and portion is very small
Zen Noodle Bar
Small place, food was good. Price is fair. We had pork belly noddle soup, loved it. Combination noodle soup, beef wraps. All very good. Will go back again..
I was excited to try Zen Noodle Bar because the menu has lots of classic Szechuan dishes. I had the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and Beef Wrap. Both dishes were overly sweet and had the same foul taste of cheap vegetable oil. The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup didn't have any Szechuan peppercorn numbing spice, or really any spiciness at all. The service was good, so I do appreciate that!
Chopstix & Taiwanese Bentos
Good solid place when you’re in the mood for Taiwanese street food. Very fast turnaround time if you order ahead, but finding parking may be a challenge on the busy 3rd Avenue in downtown San Mateo. Used to be Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks, but now after new name it no longer has any of the oyster-based menu items.
Everything we got was pretty on point for Taiwanese comfort/night market food. Easy to order online and pick up in store. They had great ventilation inside with the back and front door open and several staff 😷 which is good for reducing spread of everything (yes, even in 2025, it’s not over y’all). One thing to note— “Taiwanese tempura” is nothing like Japanese tempura. It refers to a kind of fish cake. We got them with plum seasoning which was too sweet and not right for this snack— go for something savory.
MalaTown Express 自选麻辣烫
I had a great experience at this restaurant. The indoor environment was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Service was impressively fast, and there was a decent variety of food options to choose from. What really stood out was the pricing—this spot offers the lowest price per pound I’ve seen in the San Mateo area, making it a great value for anyone looking for a budget-friendly meal without compromising on quality.
Great selection of ingredients. Best price for Mala tang in town. Tasty food! The sauce bar is very basic. They charge extra for green onions, cilantro, and garlic, but it only 50 cents each and me order of each can easily be shared with the table. Right now your order comes with a free malatown tote bag. Wasn't the biggest fan of everyone being served in to go containers, but I always have leftovers so it makes things easier. If you want Mala tang to go, this is the place for you.
Ten Seconds Yunnan Rice Noodle
It’s always fun to try something new! The only other time I had this was during a connection at Kunming airport, but it’s a nice change up if you’re in the mood for noodles. I like the fish but the beef and pork are also good. I also liked all broths. It stays hot for quite a while so don’t expect to be able to scarf this down. Pretty much all “locals” in here so you know it’s legit.
Hearty and warm bowl of noodles. The soup comes up while still boiling! The service was fairly quick as well. Some are commenting about the lack of flavour and that's true! But you don't come to a rice noodle place looking for a flavour punch. You're just looking for a light and wholesome bowl of noodles. And that it is! Nothing to complain about. Had a relaxing and good meal.
China Restaurant
I was introduced to this place when I first moved here somewhere around two thousand... It was an instant hit arguably, the best Chinese food I've ever eaten anywhere. It's pretty nondescript and not much to look at. However, the food is fantastic in the pricing. Is reasonable. My singular complaint is they used to have a house ducks sauce, that they made there. You had to ask for it to get some. They no longer make it, and that hurts. Still, I seldom go anywhere else. And everyone that I turned on to it is thankful that I have. Also, it's a family-run establishment and I've watched their kids grow up over these last 20-some-odd years. In fact, the two young ladies who waited on me this last time might even be the proprietor's grandchildren at this point. If you enjoy Chinese food and you are here even just for the day I challenge you to eat at China and tell me you've had better elsewhere!
Very friendly. Great customer service. I got chicken wings and shrimp fried rice. They also put in a free egg roll!!! 10/10 tasty and fresh.
