If we are talking Best Chicken Wings in San Francisco…this has got to be it!!! Located in Chinatown. Not only should you have their wings but also their minced beef with string beans….perfect combination with their fried rice! SFPD eat there so it means they are affordable and very good too!

Capital Restaurant in Chinatown is a true gem. The prices are super reasonable, and the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. The food is always delicious, made with great quality, and the service is consistently attentive. Their famous chicken wings are an absolute must-try—crispy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive! I’ve been visiting this place for 4 years. Every time I come to San Francisco I visit this restaurant. The food is very good and it is always open!!! If you are looking for an unique and alternative experience you should visit, nothing fancy but very traditional. It is one man doing everything!!! He cooks, takes orders and clean, he is very funny and kind. This place is also pet friendly. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge.
