The first dish I’ve uploaded is lamb. I forgot the name but it was the tastiest lamb I’ve had. Love the ambiance and foood. Will definitely go back🫶

A handful of years ago, in college, I was sick and wanted a delicious, light, acidic soup. I ordered the fish fillet with chili and preserved vegetables not knowing that I would come back for this bowl of soup for many years onwards. In the dead cold of winter, and once my nose starts running, I crave the comfort of this soup. I have nothing to compare to regarding its quality or authenticity, but I just know it’s consistently good. This, and the dry chili chicken and the dry chili tofu, I highly recommend. Small businesses like ML Kitchen are gems in a neighborhood.

I ordered a Coconut Milk Tea for delivery. I received what looks like cloudy chunky water??? It doesn’t taste like coconut It doesn’t taste like milk tea. This is literal water with boba & pudding. Never ordering from this location again. I will forever stay loyal to the Chinatown location moving forward. Have never had an ISSUE with that location.

Food is good and always consistent. However, the waiter was not attentive. I had to walk up to the counter for the check. On another note, I wish they would consider changing their decor. It's giving cafeteria vibes.

Cheap price with large portion. Lao mien is too salty for me but this ben lou fried rice is so tasty. Seller is nice too.

When I got the food I felt there was a brick in the bag. It was heavy. The portion was good and it was tasty and very hot. They just made in the kitchen. Also, there were chinese customers when we were there and I think that means this place is nice. I feel bad that I dont live nearby.

I purchased 2 whiting fish platter with macaroni and cheese and collard greens. I paid $32 for my food. Opened the containers and was shocked. The fish was fried nicely just right not to soft not to hard. The macaroni and cheese was old burn overcooked and not palatable. The manager should have made a new pan and discarded the pan they served me. Who sell old burn food the customers? Just to serve you in Wilmington has declined over recent years. The older lady with the glasses and dreadlocks is extremely rude and has a nasty attitude. I believe she is the owner. The male owner bald short guy just stares at you and says nothing. The dessert case which used to be filled with desserts from Denise’s Bakery is limited with just 3 types of cakes…. I believe the business is secretly in transition with new owners. Poor customer service and nasty food are a great combination to lose business. Never again no ma’am I’m done. It’s sad because the bald guy prided himself on the quality of his macaroni and cheese and said he fired people for not making it correctly. Well fire everyone and close the doors cause this ain’t it more.

Time and time again I try to support black owned businesses but 9 times out of 10 I’m disappointed! This was my first time ever coming to this restaurant. I arrived at this restaurant at 808 pm. On the door of their establishment and on google it says it closes at 9pm on Saturdays. When I walked in with my family a young lady comes out and says sorry we decided to close. If we would’ve known they were closing early we would not have drove out the way 20 extra mins to order food from here. I’ll never come here again!!!

The pork fried rice had no flavor, the chicken was all right, but these egg rolls. You send me egg rolls like this it automatically ruins my meal. Thanks for the fried gray mush.

Usually I would order the general chicken combination plate, but tonight I decided to try the shrimp fried rice instead! The bland taste rerouted my appetite. I don’t know if I’ll be spending my money with them anytime soon. This restaurant has to step it up, otherwise they’ll continue collecting very low reviews…

Just ordered sweet and sour chicken with vegetable fried rice and general tso chicken with house special fried rice 2 large iced teas and a shrimp roll. Everything was amazing. Honestly speaking the tea did not have that made in a mop bucket taste at all. The chocked was definitely made to order because it was soft and the rice had so many vegetables. I will definitely be calling back all of that for $28.50 too! Please eat here and trust me you’ll get your fill.

My ladyfriend and I were discussing random stuff and we stopped by at Luck Sung. The food she got looked really good. I ate from Luck Sung before - the Singapore Mei Fun was delicious, with its perfect blend of curry and balance of chicken and vegetables. They accept only cash, but the local food is what makes the cuisine more meaningful in this neighborhood.

Chef specialty’s are really good! Singapore’s noodles a bit spicy because of the Curry and Beef Chau Fan is delicious. Portions are big enough. Not a lot of seating because it’s a food hall but worth it

Mein St is within the Little Italy Food Hall in San Diego. It offers a variety of Asian cuisine with highlights including house made dumplings and succulent wings. We found it whilst wondering around Little Italy on our first day. When we checked it out online, we nearly didn’t order from here as the google reviews didn’t score above a four. However, we were fairly exhausted and hadn’t really seen anything else that appealed so we went for it. We were very glad that we did! When I collected the order, the person that served us who I think could have been the owner appeared to be very humble. We ordered the following: Xiao Long Bao, which came as a portion of six (we only remembered to take the picture once we had already launched in and eaten two). These were nice and meaty with a thin soup retained within the pastry. Pork pot stickers which were served with house made zesty garlic soy dipping sauce. Mein St Wings, which were definitely the star of the show. These were huge with lots of succulent chicken lightly battered. The sauce which tasted like a mix between Peking and Cantonese was sweet and sticky. Combo Chow Mein, which consisted of wok-tossed noodles, broccoli, carrots, onions spinach, bean sprouts, savory soy sauce. Chicken fried rice which was again wok-tossed with beansprouts, peas, scallions, onions, egg. Both chow mein and fried rice were massive portions. After the starters we didn’t even scratch the surface. The next evening we ordered two portions of the chicken wings and reheated the left overs.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Panda Express after they changed their staff. After multiple visits where the portions were smaller, no utensils, no bags. I went in to order one plate (one side and two entrees). When it came time to pay, the lady asked if it was a bowl. I misunderstood and ended up paying $9.64 upfront while waiting for my order. I suddenly realized that was less than I usually pay, so I informed her. She then made me pay an additional $11.30. After receiving my order, I noticed that parts of my original payment of $9.64 had not been refunded or processed. I then wait till they have no customers in line, come and kindly asked her if a refund could be made. Instead of understanding, she blamed me for the mistake and only refunded me $5.98. In the end, I had to pay nearly $15, when it normally costs just around $13. Why they made it so complicated? Why don't just refund the first payment and process another? I come there just to order a meal, not for their employees to mess up with my money. Especially since I've been a loyal customer from my first year in college, I will never coming back. They should have absolutely retrained their employees.

This has to be the worst Panda Express location I’ve ever been to. Every time I order, the food quality seems to be getting worse. Sometimes the chicken just tastes old and not fresh. But my tipping point with this particular location was when I found a piece of scour sponge in my bowl of Kung Pao chicken and fried rice. After seeing this, I just could not finish my meal, which I barely ate out of. I post this not to scare anyone, but to make people aware of the risks when buying at this location.

Hana Dragon Restaurant

Had the Orange Chicken, Mongolian beef, and some fried rice and I absolutely loved it. I just want to say though, the couple that runs this place don’t speak English so if they’re a bit abrasive with you please don’t take offense, from the times I’ve been there I’ve seen how nice and generous they are. If you’re looking to eat some awesome Asian food in the little Italy/UIC part of Chicago and support a new small business in the area, you ought to give this place a chance.

Chinese guy here. This lowkey place has become my family’s new favorite restaurant! From its delicious food to its extremely kind owner, this Asian restaurant is definitely one of the best in the Little Italy area. Keep in mind, the previously low reviews on Google are from the older owners. These newer owners just reopened 3 months ago. It is good home-cooked Chinese food! I recommend!

One More Sushi Express

I ordered on the kiosk which is quicker to me because it allows the employees to focus on getting your order together. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The rolls seemed a bit smaller than what I'm used to but the flavor made up for that. I had the spicy salmon and yellowtail. The sushi is packed well and you get a cute bag with your order. They offer tables to seat but a small establishment. One of the pics I posted there's an empty container that's because they didn't make it 2 blocks after picking it up.

We did take out for the first time here, and WOW! I love that this was proportionate with what was in the roll! No huge chunks of filler ingredients, each bite was so good. Simple and amazing. Now I just need them to make a - lemon roll and they will get all my business multiple times a week!

China King Restaurant

A nice little Chinese restaurant tucked away in Wilmington. They make your food super fast, even at busy hours during the evening. The people who work here are kind and never mess up your order. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat then order take-out here. If you’re looking for somewhere to dine-in you’re out of luck, as there are NO tables to eat inside this establishment. You will not be disappointed, but you will also not be blown away. Solid Chinese takeout.

Ok I'm going to start with something nice to say. It's clean in there if nothing else. So much so, it was like they were annoyed I came in as the man was mopping the floor and I asked were they still open and she replied "what you want?" I should have turned right around then. Especially since the husband was watching me like a hawk as I tiptoed cross the wet floor attempting not to mess it up. Their food is flavorless for a Chinese place. They act like they're scared to put salt and pepper on your French fries and fried chicken was bland to me. It's JUST not worth it for me to spend my money here and be treated so rude. I feel bad for the ones that don't drive and live in the neighborhood.
