P.F. Chang's
Went to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We got checked in right away. Our waitress was very kind and explained everything in the menu that were really good. Food came out very fast and was delicious. We all shared until we got full. Surprised us with a little birthday treat from my brother that he shared with all of us. It was very delicious. If you haven’t been to P.F. Chang’s in a while, you should go back. It’s still very good.
Alex was 5 stars, but honestly the food was not much better than Panda Express for 3 times the price. Just very saucy and salty and not a lot of noodles too. If you are not hungry and are okay to share, you could split an entree with one other person. Otherwise you need to grab a whole entree for yourself. It did taste good but not $25+ per person good. If you want good Asian food, make the drive to Jang Soo Jang or Paul's Noodle (I know Chang's is not meant to be authentic)

I tried Panda's newest dish, "Shrimp & Steak" and it was absolutely delicious-fresh off the grill, pefectly cooked, and full of flavor. It hit the spot! Plus-there was plenty of room to spread out, so i could multitask on my laptop while enjoying my meal. Definitely a solid choice when i need something quick, tasty and convenient.
Dumplings N More
Giving Dumplings N More a solid 4/5 stars! The service was super friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated, and the online ordering made everything super easy. The food was good, but a little hit-or-miss—the noodles were a little bland, and the shrimp and pork dumplings were alright. That said, the Kung Pao Bao Bun was pretty tasty, with a nice balance of flavors. Overall, it’s a good spot, but the food could use a little more punch to really stand out.
I'm from San Diego but now live in Idaho. I was in town visiting with my son and he wanted to come here for lunch. It was a Sunday. Parking in Hillcrest is at a premium, and I had to park in the Rite Aid lot at $6 an hour, a rip off. The entrance and interior is nondescript. We grabbed a booth. On the tables are QR codes to scan and look at the menu, as well as order. My son ordered for us, two orders of 9 dumplings of different proteins, including shrimp, beef, and lamb. We also had a seaweed salad, which wasn't bad. I'm not a dumpling guy, but they were tasty. The people were cordial and professional, but we really didn't interact with them much. Because I'm not into this kind of food, I wouldn't come back, except if my son wanted to return the next time I'm in town. But it seemed very popular and was fairly busy, even though it was 1:30 pm by the time we arrived.
Corner Cafe
This small family ran restaurant serves good Chinese food. Not very many tables because space is limited. The front seating area was used for storage so I rated the atmosphere lower.
You might miss it in passing, but if you know what to look for, park it and order some of my consistent personal favorite Chinese food on the blockkk. I always love when I’m in town to enjoy the delicious food they make. YUMMY!!
New China Restaurant
Got Sesame Chicken and it tasted old. Nothing about the meat I had was fresh. It tasted like old reheated or refried chicken. The texture of the chicken was old and spongy, ruined my appetite.
This is the first i have been back since the new owners. I have to say it is even better, cleaner and spot on tasty. Fried rice is full of flavor and all the good stuff! No peas and carrots!!! Awesome food!! Singapore noodles 🤪Will keep going!!
Panda Express
We love Panda for an affordable meal for our family. This location was especially attentive to our needs and offered extra plates and things without us having to ask! They kept our large family's order straight and were fast. They even followed up with us on their service at the end of our meal. Thanks for the great lunch!
1-7-2025 Within the first two seconds of entering, this was a start contrast from the Provo BYU one. I was greeted by the cashier who was helping a customer. The girl in the corner wiping down tables welcomed me as well. Both of them came over to serve me and the other customer who came in immediately after me. They were friendly, nice, and welcoming. The food was hot and I was very pleased. Thank you guys!!
Red House Chinese Restaurant
Update: I didn’t finish all of my orange chicken and rice on the first night that I bought it so I had it as leftovers the next day and it wasn’t good. The chicken tasted very stringy like there was hair or something in the chicken almost like it wasn’t really chicken. I recently ordered takeout from Red House Chinese Restaurant located at 3221 N Main St in Dayton, OH, and I wanted to share my experience. Upon arriving, I noticed that the inside of the restaurant was closed to customers due to “disorderly customers,” which was a bit concerning. There were signs taped to the door and windows informing patrons that takeout was the only option available. While the exterior and the situation gave off a slightly "ghetto" vibe, I decided to give it a shot anyway. I ordered the orange chicken combo which came with pork fried rice however I exchanged it for chicken fried rice and it also came with a pork egg roll, which I exchanged for a shrimp egg roll and I ordered crab Rangoon. I also ordered soul chicken combo which came with shrimp fried rice in a pork eggroll. To my surprise, the food was quite good! I had heard mixed reviews about this place, but my first experience was positive. The orange chicken was flavorful, the fried rice was well-prepared, and the crab Rangoon had that delicious crunch I was hoping for. However, the customer service could use some improvement. When I went inside to take some pictures and videos of the door area, I was told I couldn’t do that, which felt a bit unnecessary, especially since I had already taken a few photos before being approached. Overall, I would consider returning to Red House for takeout, but I think I might stick to the items I enjoyed rather than trying a wide variety of options due to other reviews I’ve read. If you're in the area and looking for a decent Chinese meal, this spot may surprise you!
This use to be my favorite place to go since I moved to Dayton but these last few times the food hasn’t been the same! Not as good chicken always seems soggy and egg rolls over cooked. Very friendly and just need to ask them to cook your chicken a little longer
Hong Kong Restaurant
I was looking for late night eats and came across this gem of a place. Food was good and hot! I appreciate a spot that is open late not many are in San Diego, 3am is the latest I’ve ever seen a place open! Everything is served in to go boxes so if you wanna eat some there and take the rest home they make that easy for you to do so.
Everything was really good except the egg rolls are basically spring rolls, not the best. Definitely recommend the egg drop soup and broccoli beef. Food was also wrapped up really well so nothing spilled.
Flaming Wok
DONT EAT HERE! Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my whole life. As a matter of fact, it doesn’t even qualify as Chinese food. They use fettuccine noodles for their chow mein, which by the way are completely flavorless. All of the food lacks flavor and spices. They hooked us by offering a free sample of their orange chicken which is the only item that tastes remotely close to good there. I also had the mushroom chicken and broccoli beef. Both are bad, beyond bad, terrible. You can’t even taste any salt on the dishes.
Now I will say that it's not the most unique Chinese fast food place because every time I order from them, I feel like there's something missing and get full quickly. However it's absolutely not the worst ever by far. For the price especially I think it's absolutely worth it. The food has a decent amount and the owner is very nice. He tries to give out free samples and is very talkative in a great way. Tries to speak your language as well. I think it's a great place.
GYRO CROWN
Great food for decent price
Yee Kee Chinese Restaurant
They seem to be very nice, but the food has to be one of the worst Chinese foods I’ve ever had. Everything just tasted old (from the oil possibly?), dry and the chicken/beef was so tough.. i don’t think i can ever eat here again..
Top 5 north jersey Chinese food spot. Amazing chicken szechuan. The chicken chunks are huge and all different shapes and not some generic flat square a lot of places are pushing.
Goody II Chinese and Spanish Restaurant
I never have an issue with ordering food here. It’s always Fresh and consistent! I Definitely Recommend you guys to buy here.❤️
The food is the best I've ever had in this area
