MONG Q
The staff are nice and friendly with a perfectly service mind. It was my first time here last night, I got my delicious stir fry noodle huge portion. I wish to see another Mong Q close to my house in Las Vegas. You can drop a dollar for the cook that deserves it.
The food was okay at best have a decent meat selection but you would have to make a mountain of a bowl to get your money worth. Limited selection of vegetables. When it comes to sause for your bowl they do for you not lettting you do it your self. The mix they put together wasn't good. Their soda machine is behind the counter so no free refill of soda. One bowl and a medium soda came out to over 20 dollars. Definitely not worth it. No sitting in side you have to go in the court yard where it's hot and get attacked by flies. The only reason am giving them a three stars for service is both workers were not rude but had no customer service. Will not be going back here.

Came here for my birthday Bree was super sweet!! Would definitely come back here again next time I'm in San Diego! Food was excellent only reason I wouldn't rate the food a 5 is becuase I wasn't a fan of the red velvet cake personally but that's just my personal taste and the manager came to check in when I sent it back all super nice and pleasant employees and delicious affordable bites here :)
Great customer service and food is delicious. This kind of chain restaurants I would love to try in most locations. Their portions are big enough to make you full and ask for the to-go-box. The Trio Mongolian is a good choice of variety meat. The food is oily though , so if you’re on diet, that would be your cheating day

Sunday dinner:(~7.30 pm) - Walk-in, not busy. - Ordered my usually noodles, orange chicken. It’s okay, not that fresh, but okay. - Seating is outside like a common dine in for all the food places around, it’s pretty cold to even finish the food. Skip it if you want to dine in.
Was really hungry but didn’t want to spend $15 for a meal so I ordered a side of lo mein for like $5 here and it was enough to fill me up. Tasted decent too. Would go back and try other stuff!

There’s absolutely barely any egg in my fried rice, barely any carrot or peas either what is going on here? I know egg prices are expensive, but if you’re gonna charge the same Price you need to still have eggs in there
Restaurant Management I'm writing to provide feedback on my recent visit. On the positive side, I was thrilled to see eggplant and tofu added to the menu – a suggestion I've made for years! However, my enthusiasm was dampened by the subpar customer experience. Your server, Adriana, seemed disinterested and unfriendly. Her demeanor was cold and curt, which made me hesitant to leave a tip. Unfortunately, her behavior wasn't limited to me; I observed her treating other customers similarly. As a loyal customer, I'm concerned that this level of service might drive customers away. I urge you to emphasize exceptional customer service training for your team. Creating a welcoming atmosphere where staff are friendly, attentive, and courteous is essential. Most of your staff looks miserable; stand back and observe when they are not looking. Is this a reflection of the owners and managers? I'd recommend exploring the "Silent Customer" philosophy to better understand customer needs and preferences. I'm invested in your success and don't want poor customer service to impact your business. Owners spend millions on advertising, and when the customers arrive, they are treated like poop! Get them in and treat them with the utmost respect and dignity. This resonates with more satisfied, loyal customers. I hope you'll take my feedback seriously and address these issues.
