Mala Master Spicy House
Very clean and tidy spicy restaurant, every flavor is delicious 😋 Friends who don't like spicy food can try the tomato soup, the sour and sweet taste makes the taste buds open. The rich aroma of bone soup has various spicy levels to choose from. The fried skewers let me taste the authentic hometown flavor. Love this restaurant so much.
We had an amazing great experience at this restaurant. The food were fresh, especially the various vegetables and meats. The broth was flavorful, and there were lots of options to choose from depending on what you like. They also have fried skewer and sausage. The staff were kind and helpful, the place was clean and relax. Perfect for sharing with friends or family. Will definitely be coming back!
Seven Grams
Seven Grams is a delightful hidden gem offering authentic Chinese cuisine. Their signature xiao long bao (soup dumplings) are a standout and bring back memories of the flavors I’ve experienced in China. The delicate wrappers hold a perfect balance of juicy broth and tender filling, showcasing the chef’s attention to detail and skill. Another highlight of their menu is the Golden Soup Beef Noodles, which I find myself ordering every visit. The broth is rich and aromatic, complemented by fresh noodles and tender slices of beef. It’s comfort food at its finest, and the portion size is just right to satisfy. The chili wontons are another favorite, offering a great combination of heat, tanginess, and a touch of nuttiness from the crushed peanuts. Each bite is packed with flavor, making it hard to resist. Seven Grams has created a cozy and modern dining space, perfect for savoring a meal with friends or simply enjoying a quiet lunch. If you’re craving authentic xiao long bao or hearty noodle soups, this place won’t disappoint. It’s a spot I’ll keep returning to for the familiar, comforting flavors.
Cucumber salad and spicy dumplings are divine. The salad has a refreshing taste and the dumplings were so flavorful with the chili sauce.
Chopsticks House
The food had no flavor, it smelled bad. I got orange chicken it was deep fried, greasy, no flavor, the white rice had no flavor, the kung pow chicken had no flavor, the shrimp noodles no flavor. Everything was bland and very low quality. The staff was nice and the restaurant is clean. But the food I will never buy again.
I was expecting high quality perfectly seasoned and prepared food that I've grown accustomed to because Chopsticks was always on the mark! I hadn't visited for maybe 5-6months ago. I recently visited Saturday, February 8 around 7pm and EVERYTHING WAS DISGUSTING! nothing like it used to be! My tempura shrimp was burnt, i sent it back and it looked like they peeled of the burnt and redipped shrimp! The egg rolls were soggy and mushy! I couldn't even swallow the wontons, I had to spit it out in my napkin! The brocolli beef didn't taste like meat! I was so disappointed and the server had the audacity to apply a service fee to my bill! The food was so nasty that I had to investigate why such a major drop in quality, tasty food. And I found it! This business was sold October last year! I was wondering why it was not as crowded as it used to be (parking lot was full yet the restaurant had 2 people in it!)
Sun's Wok & Mongolian BBQ
Food is consistently fresh and the staff are friendly enough. What makes this place stand out is that food is weighed by the pound so you just grab a container and can get exactly the amount and type of food you want. And you can be in and out of there pretty quickly. Parking is a bit crowded near the store. Haven’t tried their Mongolian bbq yet or their party trays but we plan to soon. We love this place!
The food tastes great. The wok is delicious. They have both Mongolian wok and Chinese buffet. It's 7 something a pound which is a good price in 2025
Mr. You Express
Bummer. Beware buying from this place online. It is no longer associated with the Mr. You name and brand making it very misleading when buying online. It’s pricier than Mr. You once was and the portions are not what you’re used to getting (they serve the family meal in cheap reusable plastic containers that you would store leftovers in). We were fortunate to get a refund but it still sucks to pull up to a place expecting familiar food only to see the name “Sun’s Wok” instead.
$6 per pound! Self serve location. Pay more, get less. Worst Mr. You’s location by far! AVOID THIS LOCATION GO TO MONTCLAIR OR RIVERSIDE It’s a self serve Chinese food spot that costs $6 per pound. You grab a plate and fill it however you like. I thought this was interesting until I realized you actually get way less than if the staff made the plate for you like at other spots. Because this location uses weight to determine price, you end up getting less food for roughly the same price as when the plate is usually made for you. If you filled the plate the same way yourself, you’d end up paying more. At this location, you don’t get the satisfaction of getting a plate that barely closes because they use weight! The price and difference in amount of food absolutely soured the experience. Flavor wise, it wasn’t that good either. Chow mein had no flavor. Fried rice was bland. Bbq pork tasted overly sweet. Orange chicken was bland. Best tasting thing was the veggies in the beef and broccoli. Overall this place isn’t it. Do not waste your money here. It honestly a massive disappoint because other Mr. You locations are usually really good.
China One
Good Chinese food made quick with good taste 😊 pretty close to authentic (if I can be the one to qualify Chinese food as authentic 🤪) we did a family meal that came with Won Ton Soup, switched out the House Fried Rice for House Chow Mein, picked 2 entrees and went with the Mongolian Beef and Orange Chicken. All were pretty good 😋 the meal also came with 2 Fried Shrimp, 2 Fried Won Tons and 2 Egg Rolls. The servings were plentiful! 🙌 And the price wasn't too bad! 😎 The place was empty when we got there around 7pm so we got served quick. I'm sure we'll be back some time soon! 😁
Great Food made to order, great Lunch specials, $9.95 Rice & chow Mein and whatever meat on the Lunch menu.
Dumpling Master
My friends and I dined here last Saturday night. The place was pretty busy. I had the spicy beef noodle soup. It was pretty tasty. The broth/noodles were excellent. The beef chunks were okay. A couple of them were a bit fatty/gristly. I also ordered the beef and onion potstickers. Those were good too. I don't recall what everyone ordered. I did sample pork and shrimp dumplings of some sort. Those were good too. My only gripe was not being able to do three separate checks. Their limit is two. It's a good thing I had just gone to an ATM machine. I'd eat there again.
I’ve found my new go-to dumpling spot! I used to get my dumplings from a place in Pasadena, but it was always too far, so I could only pick some up when I was there for work. Not anymore! This place near home has amazing dumplings, especially the beef ones and they paired perfectly with a cucumber salad and passion fruit iced tea. The restaurant is clean, and the service was excellent. Had an incredible lunch here at Dumpling Master!
P.F. Chang's
I was a bit skeptical but glad we gave it a try. Husband and i had dinner about 5pm, we were seated within 10 minutes. Nice staff and our server was helpful and attentive. Our Dynamite Shrimp was a 3 out of 10 as they were like breaded shrimp from out of a grocery store freezer. We had the Singapore Street Noodles which were great and the Thai Peanut Salad with Salmon that I loved!
This review is in regards to food only. Service was great and so was the mojito. However, my birthday meal was the worst teriyaki chicken I've ever had by far the worst. I had been waiting for over 6 months to go there for my birthday and I just couldn't believe the disgusting dish I was served and the lousy chocolate slice of dessert. Mind you the teriyaki chicken was like $24.00 the plate. The description of the dish in the menu was nothing like what I got.
FengYing Guilin Rice Noodles 冯瀛桂林米粉
Flavorable and plentiful portions! The gentleman helped me decide what to get and the recommendation was spot on. They bring your order to a topping bar and you add what you'd like. My daughter and I both enjoyed our meal and experience. Thank you!
my husband’s empty bowl is the best review. lol. He likes it really much! must have Chinese food in ontario ❤️❤️❤️
China Republic
I recently dined at China Republic, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The attentive service made me feel right at home, and the team was more than happy to recommend some of their signature dishes. I started with the Mongolian Beef, and it was nothing short of perfection. Tender slices of beef, cooked to a juicy, melt-in-your-mouth consistency, were bathed in a rich, savory sauce with just the right hint of sweetness. The subtle heat and aromatic scallions complemented the dish beautifully. Next up was the Truffle Beef, a dish that took indulgence to the next level. The beef was impeccably tender, with a luxurious, earthy aroma from the truffle that elevated each bite. The balance of flavors was masterfully crafted, making this dish an absolute must-try. I also couldn’t resist the Kung Pao Chicken, which was an explosion of bold flavors and textures. The succulent chicken pieces were stir-fried with crunchy peanuts and vibrant bell peppers in a spicy, tangy sauce that had just the right kick. Every bite was a harmonious blend of heat and savoriness. To round out the meal, I ordered the Sautéed Green Beans, which were perfectly cooked to retain a satisfying crispness. The beans were coated in a light garlic sauce that enhanced their natural freshness without overpowering the dish. Overall, China Republic not only impressed me with their outstanding dishes but also with their attentive and friendly service. It’s a place where quality food meets exceptional hospitality, and I can’t wait to return!
We’ve been looking for a sit down Chinese restaurant and we’ve found it, here in our hometown! The restaurant was very spacious and clean. It’s great for groups. Our waitress was great and very attentive. We ordered a few dishes to try out like orange chicken, chow mein, and some meat dishes. The food was incredibly delicious! We will for sure come back! And also bring family whenever they’re in town.
Chili House
Delicous food. Kungpau chicken& orange chicken my fav. Will b back.
Very bad service attitude. They have no waitlist or registration mechanism. When customers are getting more, it is a mess. Arrived earlier but people who were after us got seated first. Even worse was the women at the front desk just asked us but not others to takeout, saying it is not possible to seat us. No idea where this discrimination comes from.
Panda Inn
We had an amazing experience for my birthday dinner! The food was top notch, and we were impressed by the service, notably from our waitress Arleen. She was quick to answer all of our questions, had a great attitude, and wasted no time with refills.
The food was so good , clean, and great temperature! The servers were kind and respectful when it came to serving and cleaning . They took care of our party of 25 . Thank you for it
