A great hidden gem offering multiple amazing meals I got the sweat and sour pork with chow mein and pork fried rice and orange chicken with hot tea and Thai tea With wonton soup and bbq spare ribs which most of this came with the house special family meal and was more than enough for two people I recommend the orange chicken and getting the Thai tea was so good

Delicious, always consistent. Since Dragon House closed on Magnolia I’ve been coming to Chen Ling Palace when I want classic sit down Chinese Food. It’s a longtime establishment here in the city of Riverside and Last of the old school Chinese restaurants. The older lady that owns it is always pleasant and the food is always on point. They’re one of the few places that makes the honey walnut shrimp with honey/mayo sauce, it’s one of their house special dishes and always outstanding, and I always get the fried shrimp, it’s the perfect addition to any Chinese meal. 5 stars!!!

I’m not the type person who reviews food often but I’d like to share my thoughts about here. I had some late night cravings. Considering that I am someone who is very new to the area, this place has left me with one of the best impressions I’ve ever experienced. The sweet lady in the front desk was helpful enough to recommend some popular entrees for me, providing excellent service. She even customized my order since I'm very cautious about my health. I’m a quantity over quality type of guy, and I will say they did not skimp on any of the entrees I ordered (ESPECIALLY THE MEAT) and the best part was the quality was just as immaculate as the quantity itself. I could really take my time and enjoy some excellent quality food without feeling like I regretted what I ate the rest of the night. You can really taste the love in each of their entrees. If you’re looking to get full they will not disappoint and there will definitely be leftovers for the next few days. They have so much variety in their menu and I’m looking forward to trying more in the future.

Just order an order of the general tso Chicken not only did the price differentiate from online and inside the establishment but I asked for an order no spice no broc white rice and got something completely different it taste more like soy and chicken mixed it doesn't have that sweet tang flavor it's taste literally like sou on chicken I'm so tempted to return but I would have to drive back far but this is unacceptable I paid 14$ despite it saying 10 online to be given something other than the order I placed either there listening sucks or they came up with a very different version of general tso but I'm not satisfied and just off of friendliness quality customer service and cleanliness I would have to give them -2 stars is horrible wasn't pleasant at any point wether I was placing the order or picking it up just horrible customer service on top of the food being poorly preapared and the serving size of the white rice was just enough for an active toddler! I don't recommend this place 1st and last time eating here

Honey walnut shrimp tasted old. Orange chicken was cold. Cream cheese wontons were freshly made and great. Asked for sweet and sour sauce, got home to find only hot mustard sauce in bag.

Just left this spot and what a total disappointment, apparently they changed there portion size to 3 and a half Pieces of chicken and when I said something to two different employees they argued its there new portion size as of 4 days ago. I will be contacting there head office and will be confirming this or if they just lied due to lazy work ethic. 100% lost my business no way am I paying $20+ for some noodles/rice and less then a few bites of chicken. Really hope this isn't the new portion size or expect panda to be out of business in the next few years as competitive companies crush there portion and quality of food and definitely better customer service elsewhere. Update: called there location manager and showed he did not care made excuses and can tell his lack of experience of being a manager and care of customer service. I'll be taking the steps to follow up on this with Panda Restaurant Group and make sure this location is investigated for ripping off customers and skimping portions.
