This restaurant moved recently and it looks a lot newer than the past photos on Google reviews. I got the combo pho and it was delicious. The portion size was also huge (it was $16).

New in town, found this place due to ratings. Checked it out myself and I was not disappointed. The young lady Sylvia was friendly and made sure we sampled a few of their items. Delicious. My family and I loved the food so much. We look forward to returning soon. I recommend the Yang Noodle House Pho👍🏽

Food 5 yummyyyy Service 5 sweet people Atmosphere 3 it's mid lol The green bean chicken was probably my fav dish. The chow mein n fried rice was good too.

This place used to be good, the food and the place; the last 3 times I've been here have been a huge downgrade; service has been awful as the asian lady that takes the order seems to be in a bad mood and treats customers as if we were an inconvenience to her. Don't even think about asking a simple question, just limit yourself to order as she will answer and raise her voice as if you were nuisance to her.... Then goes how dirty the tables, floor and windows are. You can see the dirt going from the cash register, the drinks fridge, and everything else around. I'm never going back to this place, not that it would matter to her, clearly.

I recently visited Panda Paradise on North Riverside Avenue in Rialto, and unfortunately, the experience was anything but paradise. Upon walking in, the ambiance felt uninviting— tables were visibly dirty, with remnants of past meals scattered around, which left me questioning the cleanliness standards of the kitchen. Given the unsatisfactory environment, we opted for takeout instead. We ordered Fried Rice, Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, and Kung Pao Chicken, hoping to salvage the evening. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. While it was edible, everything tasted quite ordinary, lacking the bold flavors and fresh ingredients that one typically anticipates from a Chinese restaurant. To top it off, the prices seemed steep for what we received, making it hard to justify the spend. I would love to be able to recommend this place, but the combination of a messy dining area and underwhelming, overpriced food left a lot to be desired. Hopefully, Panda Paradise can work on improving both their cleanliness and culinary offerings. For now, I’d suggest exploring other dining options in the area. Not coming back to this place anytime soon!

I had an exceptional dining experience at Panda Paradise! The ambiance was warm and inviting. The service was top-notch - our server was attentive and rhe food was outstanding, with each dish expertly prepared and presented. The highlights of our meal were the spicy wings, which was spicy and savory. The egg rolls were crispy and delicious, and the fortune cookies were a lovely touch at the end of the meal. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the generous portion sizes. Overall, I highly recommend Panda Paradise to anyone craving authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine. *Favorite dishes:* Kung Pao chicken, beef and broccoli, egg rolls *Price range:* Moderate ($15-$25 per entree) *Will I return?:* Absolutely! First time coming here and the food is fresh. I eat at the location and I saw how pack it gets and the cooker was always making fresh food. Price is fair and they accept debit card so that’s nice. Their noodles were on point and the orange chicken has a nice flavor.

First time trying this place. It is always good to find a good Chinese place but is hard to find. I came today even after reading their reviews because I am an equal opportunity reviewer. I have to say that the lady was on her phone but really she never touched my food. She used utensils for the food, so regardless, the phone had no effect. I don't blame her for using her phone. She probably spends 18 hours in this place. The food: At first glance, the chow mein was weird looking, but it was actually ok. The fried rice was good. I can appreciate it when the food is not overly soy-ed. The chicken with green peas was good. The Kung Pao chicken was lacking chicken and taste. And it was mostly veggies. I bought their oil chili, but it was not spicy at all. I will come back to try the pork and maybe even the teriyaki chicken.

I’ve ordered from Garden China Restaurant for the second time, and the food has been great overall. Thank you for the delicious meals! However, there’s room for improvement in the quality of the meat, as well as the quantity. The vegetable-to-meat ratio is quite high, and it would be better if more meat were used.

Great tasting authentic Chinese food. Fresh food.Cannot compare to Panda Express or any other hole in the wall. I'm very picky when it comes to Chinese food and this place was great. I will definitely be coming back in the future when I want Chinese food. Had the shrimp chop suey.

I came here recently so let me rate this place on a scale of 1-5 Service: 4.5/5 They were great. Super nice but a little too quiet. Also they were extremely slow when serving food but none the less, very kind and good service. Also they serve pretty big portions so that’s a plus! Atmosphere: 5/5 Really clean place and easy to find. Just keep in mind if you plan on eating here, there’s limited seating so if you’re a big family, order take out. Food: 2.75/5 Not horrible. The hot and sour soup was perfect. The wonton soup was very tasty but they messed up the most important part…..the wontons. They were undercooked BAD. They were hard to chew into and although not raw, they were definitely not the way they’re supposed to. Another thing they messed up on were the green beans and the regular chow mein. The green beans were over cooked and too salty. The chow mein tasted old. Despite these little mess ups, the rest of the food was good. I liked the teriyaki chicken, broccoli beef, mushroom chicken, and shrimp chow mein. Overall rating: 3/5 Would I come back: probably not. The only thing I would come back for is the shrimp chow mein (which was absolutely perfect), and the hot and sour soup. Over time I’m hoping that the food in this place is made a little better. To anyone wanting to give it a try, don’t let my review scare you. I may not have liked it too much, but maybe you will.

A lot of good tasting food owned by friendly nice lady and gentleman. If you're a single guy and don't really cook, they give you hefty portions that will feed you for the entire day. I got the beef chow fun and wonton soup for less than $26 with tax included. I forgot my debit card and had to run back to the house and it was all smiles. I'm reading one review that says his food was cold even though he lives 5 minutes away. Ok. Maybe he drove around for an hour and didn't go home right away. I live 5 minutes away and my food almost burned my tongue and if you are not a fan of cold food maybe heat it up. Don't try to ruin someone's business because you don't know how to work a microwave. Another helpful tip, look at the food you are ordering and if it looks dry, pick something else. There are plenty of good options here. Use your brain, people. I do admit the chow mein is much better than the fried rice but these people claiming to get sick and just posting about it on Google with no other info seem fishy to me. The things people are complaining about make no sense to me. It's like complaining for being stupid and lazy. most of us just want to know if there is good tasting food available at a good value and the people that work there arent monsters. We don't care that you don't know how to do things correctly.

One of the nicest, cleanest, 🐼 Express locations. Good friendly staff. Manager Michael knows what he is doing.

I have to say, I was taken aback by the negative buzz surrounding this Panda Express in Rialto. My wife and I decided to give it a try last Wednesday, and we were pleasantly surprised by our experience. Upon walking in, we found the restaurant to be moderately clean and inviting - definitely not the chaotic atmosphere that some reviews suggested! The ambiance was actually quite decent; it had a relaxed vibe that made it perfect for enjoying dinner. What truly stood out was the service. Right from the get-go, the staff greeted us warmly and attended to our needs promptly. The food was fresh, warm, and absolutely delicious! We ordered a variety of dishes (Chow Mein, Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken, Beijing Beef, Mushroom Chicken, and String Bean Chicken Breast), and each one was executed perfectly - packed with flavor and cooked just right. I think people often forget how consistent and tasty Panda Express can be, and it’s easy to see that the Rialto location takes that to heart. Plus, the prices are right in line with what you’d expect from any other Panda Express, so it was a win-win! In our experience, everything was on point, from the service to the food quality. Honestly, we walked out with happy bellies and no complaints to whatsoever. We left with a positive impression and are looking forward to visiting again.

this place truly surprised me in the best way. First off, their NEW fried rice is a standout! The cute little sign says “Best taste,” and they’re not wrong. The rice is perfectly stir-fried—fluffy, flavorful, and loaded with colorful veggies like peas, carrots, and egg. It tastes just like something homemade, but even better. 🍚✨ I also tried the Kung Pao Chicken and Broccoli Beef, and wow—both were bursting with flavor! The Kung Pao Chicken had the perfect balance of heat and savoriness, with tender chunks of chicken, crunchy peppers, and peanuts tossed in a rich, slightly spicy sauce. As for the Broccoli Beef, the beef was juicy and tender, and the broccoli was fresh and perfectly cooked—crisp, not soggy. 🍗🌶🥦 The food was hot, fresh, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the staff was friendly, the serving area was clean, and the portions were generous at a great price. If you’re craving authentic, satisfying Chinese food with that homestyle taste, Mr You is the place to go. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or picking up dinner for the family, you’ll leave full and happy.

Not fresh at all. The orange chicken has a good tasting sauce but the chicken is so fatty and chewy with barely any orange sauce and idk what’s with the batter they use for it when you bite it you can feel and taste mush in it and you can see in the picture. The chowmein is horrible. Extremely dry no flavor to it. Paid for a drink and the lady hands me my food and walks out the back counter I said my drink please and she got mad and rolled her eyes and gave me my cup. Terrible food I should have just gone to my regular spot. Foods not even hot it’s all like warm. The wontons I’m sure are going to make me sick they weren’t even warm. 17$ for horrible food. Save your money please.

This place is one of the best Chinese in Rialto and San Bernardino. The staff is very friendly. The chowmein is so good and not hard at all. The spicy orange is a game changer. The fried rice is fresh and not hard. You should really try them out.

Once when I arrived at their store very late from work, it was already 8.58 pm and they closed at 9 pm. They even entertained me and gave me many small dishes, which cost me $13 and allowed me to eat 5 dishes. Thank you very much
