It’s not the same anymore. When I was younger & living in Mentone, this was by far the best local Chinese food place. As years went on & we had to move out of the area, we still decided to make a lengthy trip to eat here again every so often. However, a little before & after the COVID-19 pandemic, their quality of food & service started to decline. To start, their chicken & pork is not always fresh due to it’s stiffness & old taste after eating it. They either leave the meat to sit there for a couple of days or mix the new freshly cooked meat with the old meat. It seems as if now the workers have become lazy & just don’t care but still want to charge expensive prices. On top of that, the older staff themselves have became more rude, hostile, & mumble when you communicate with them. Years ago, there was this cheerful & younger woman working there but she seems to no longer be staffed. After giving this place another try, my family & I have decided that it’s not worth our time or money anymore. I really dislike throwing out food, especially with how ridiculously expensive everything is right now, but we just had to chuck our unfinished plates into the trash bin. Hopefully one day, we’ll find some alternative Chinese food place that this once was.

Not bad but not good it's just ok .... orange chicken better than normal chow mein to me was bad to my friends good and the rice vice versa ( i thought it was better ) my 2nd choice was cool reminded me of fish tacos as far as the outside and good chicken I enjoyed the cookie and good fortunes lol

The food is amazing! The prices are fantastic, especially given the large portions of food served. The service was prompt, friendly, and delivered with a smile. Victoria who was our server was warm, professional, charismatic, and was a highlight to our evening. This restaurant is a must if you like Chinese food and are in the area.

Update from last time, went and the service was lacking this time around. We couldn't seem to find our waiter/waitress, and that can easily become frustrating. This place can get busy very fast. I am glad they moved to a much bigger place. Usually we do take out. The food this go round was not hitting my marks than from last time. Maybe they were too busy. Hopefully it was just this time. From last visit :Pictured is Shanghai Bistro noodles, Spicy Lamb with Bamboo shoots, shrimp tempura 🍤, white rice, sour apple saki, and Mongolian beef. Everything is very favorable, and the portions are shareable. We usually try different things every time.

Always have hot fresh food. Tasty with good portions. They're very fast and efficient. They fill your drinks quickly and the food comes out steaming.

By far, the best Chinese food I had in years. Fresh out the kitchen, the amount of food they give you 😋 my kids and I loved it.

Really enjoyed the food! Their egg flower soup was one of the most delicious I've had in a while. My sister got chicken lo mein and I had beef with broccoli. We also ended up trying the sesame balls, which apparently had some type of bean curd? In the middle, and it was super delicious!! The lunch specials portions were the perfect size. The service was absolutely amazing, and the wait staff was very attentive and friendly. Everything here was exactly what we wanted in a chinese restaurant.

We had some typical fan favorites like butterfly shrimp, mangolian beef, general tso's chicken, and veggie Lo mein. Everything tasted great, we really enjoyed the butterfly shrimp it came out hot and crispy. The service was also awesome, they where on top of it. Something out of the ordinary that we also did try was their Beef Jajangmyeon. I will say that I'll definitely be ordering this again, I even had some left overs and they tasted great the next day. Everyone at work said that it smelled so good. UnfortunatelyI did not get a picture of the Jajangmyeon.

If you want Chinese in town. This is a MUST place you should try. I have been coming to this place several times and the staff is always ready to take your order right away. It is a good portion of food. They keep their restaurant pretty clean every time. I always order a plate. The food is pretty fresh. I have never had a problem with them, and if I did, I am pretty sure they would make it right. I highly recommend this place. Vegetarian options as well.

Always very helpful customer service, the food is fresh and the lobby is clean. Very good 👍

I ordered the salt and pepper shrimp. I prefer squid. This place made the best food I've had in a very long time. I travel for work and try to find salt and pepper squid. Very few places make it. Even less make it well. I will be back maybe every other day while I'm in town

A gem hidden in a strip mall. My wife and I were greeted as soon as we entered. We ordered egg rolls, fried shrimp, vegetable fried rice, egg foo young, orange chicken bowl and fried fish everything was top notch and another of food we wanted to try a lot have a lot of left overs. It is a very good place we will be back. It's very close to Loma Linda hospital

My friend recommended us here. She said there is a great Chinese restaurant downtown. We tried it today and it was much better than I expected. The environment is very comfortable and family style. We ordered the orange chicken, which is the best I have ever had. Very fresh and crispy. The noodles are my children's favorite. I can't believe my son almost finished most of the noodles. It's really good.

It was OK. Saturday afternoon and still got the lunch special, Kung Pao Shrimp, but it tasted off. It was like the shrimp still had a corn starch coating. Hot and sour soup was OK, the meal came with salad and egg roll. All were home made. The menu states, "No MSG," was it missing that? Porcelain dishes and tea kettle, the presentation was impressive. All for $14.99.

It's 5 stars because it's reliably what I expect from Panda, which is also pretty good and why I fairly often choose it. What I liked about this store specifically was that I didn't get that corporate 'jump through the hoops' silliness. Just good service, pleasantly delivered, and with efficiency. No goofy 'we're a culture' signaling, but yet a comfortable culture. Maybe i just got lucky, and a different shift would annoy me with all that induced signaling, but I liked this visit.

It's was just ok. I got the 2 plate one side. Choices was rice and mixed veggies which was good. Along with the Steak and mushrooms i think peppers. Also chicken teriyaki which felt under cooked so I threw most of it away. I don't go to panda as much in my city and maybe not period. Paid $12. Ate and took pictures of the good pieces. 👍
