Ignore the nonsense negative reviews. (No sauce and its dry? Drove 30 mins home and it's not hot? Really?) I lived in Parma for 4 years and the ONLY restaurant I could depend on for consistency 100% of the time, big chain or local, was Mandarin House. The food was always incredible, no matter what we got. The friendly women who work here go above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied and we always were. I live a 7 hour drive away now and there are STILL nights I wish I could run up the street and get more of the best chicken fried rice I've ever had. Out of every similar place in Parma, this is the one. Order your favorite combo, get it when they say it's ready (10 mins means 10 mins!!) And enjoy the best comfort food of your week. I am so sorry.. I always make sure to leave great reviews for small businesses that deserve it. But this one needs an honest review. I spent the last 21 years on the west coast where asian restaurants are mostly authentic, true to their culture. The main meal was horrible, like straight from a can or jar. You could tell it was mass produced and just heated up. And the won ton soup, the same. All “noodles” and literally no taste and no meat. The part time lady that helped me was so nice and the place looked nice, but the food was horribly sub-par. Go elsewhere. Do not waste your money here.

Orange chicken was amazing. Rice and noodles were basic and not hot. nowhere to sit so the atmosphere got a one. All take out.

The best Chinese food in oxnard .. Fast but so good !! Next time we're in town, We will stop by for another round of chinese food.
