Jibek Jolu
The restaurant was small and exquisite, with a ceiling adorned with the Kyrgyz flag’s totem. We started with Boosork bread, which had a chewy and soft texture that reminded us of New Orleans beignets, but with the addition of sweet sour cream. It was delicious! The Tashkent chai, a mix of black tea, green tea, mint, and lime, was refreshingly flavorful. The cheburek, resembling Argentinian empanadas, was filled with minced beef and cilantro and was a hit with the boys. I preferred the Samsa, which had a strong beef flavor. We highly recommend the eggplant salad, featuring a candy-like exterior, soft eggplant, and a sweet sauce. Our friend said it was the best eggplant dish he’s ever had. The Manty were like large dumplings with a pure beef flavor, complemented by a tomato sauce, quite different from those in other countries. The Boso lagman noodles had an incredibly springy texture. Each dish had its unique characteristics, and the service was excellent. We highly recommend giving this place a try.
This place has THE BEST CENTRAL ASIAN FOOD!!! Service is amazing, food is on another level and everyone is so nice and welcoming! We came in here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and they were so kind to give us their special cake bringing candles and lights with music! This experience was so special and I will definitely be coming back here soon! My favorite place in Chicago 💯
Noodle Art 一面之缘
The noodles at Noodle Art are absolutely delicious—you can really tell they’re handmade with care. The braised beef noodle stood out with its rich, savory flavor and quickly became my favorite dish. The sweet and sour pork was decent, though a bit heavy on the sauce for my taste. Overall, we really enjoyed the food here. Just a heads-up: the service is minimal. They’ll take your order at the table, but you’ll need to head up to the counter to pay and grab your own water. Still, the quality of the food makes it worth it, and we’ll definitely be back!
Noodle Art offers a wide variety of noodle dishes. The fried noodles with cumin lamb stood out as a favorite, thanks to its rich flavor. The noodle soup was also delicious, with complex layers of flavors and various toppings. The dry noodles with hot oil and spice were equally tasty, and the freshness of the noodles made a noticeable difference. The pork hamburger was superb, with both the meat and bun being flavorful. We also appreciated the fast service. Located in a plaza, parking was very convenient. Very authentic.
Garage Kitchen 車庫美食廚坊
Food is perfect and in good value. Not sure why the rating is so low but, in my mind, food is always the first thing I consider rating for a restaurant. The service is at average level which is similar as a lot of Chinese restaurants over RH. It has now been my first choice of having authentic Chinese breakfast.
Really really REALLY like they open at 6:30 am Really hate a store refuses to provide recipe and take the changes without asking (that's basically stealing or robbery). signs of credit card but the cashier told me cash only. I accidently discover this restaurant this morning. The service is generally bad per mainland china's culture, so no need to fuss about it. The server tried to upsale their famous items but unfortunately none of them suits my need. Maybe that why she over charged me $11 cash when the sales price should be $9.99... despite the credit card signs and the fact there'll be some changes left. My friend and I both hate this type of practices so even the food I brought today is okay, I probably won't come back. (Can't remember if she put that cash in the register too) I'm not allergic to MSG but I suspect MSG is heavily used because I become very thirsty after eating. Or just lots of salt. P.S. Many said food is good here... but the food in the display don't look good at all. But mainly, the business practices pushed me away.
Taste Of China
Super flavorful, crispy tofu with large portions. Probably the best price point in the area. I’m obsessed with their kung pao—it’s STACKED with zucchini, onion, and cabbage (unlike a lot of other places, which is just a bunch of dried chilis).
Went out with work friends for lunch and it was amazing! So cheap for how much food we got and it was so good!
Chop Suey Huang
Chop Suey Huang has some of the best house fried rice that I’ve ever had! The rice was so rich with flavors and fresh and tasted just as good as hibachi fried rice. They also have these huge chicken wings that are to die for! The wings are seasoned to perfection and taste so fresh. The chicken didn’t have a bad scent and tasted very good I highly recommend. Their low mein is also very delicious as well! Very well prepared and put together with its how they were to make it taste so good! The vegetable rolls are also so good. Customer service is wonderful as well you won’t be disappointed ordering your food here!
I love going here for some food. The staff is really friendly and quick, and the place is clean. Plus, the prices are good, and you get a lot of food. Definitely check it out if you're in the mood for some great Chinese food!
Hoanh Long Vietnamese & Chinese Restaurant
A great restaurant that I frequent often. Both Pho and rice dishes are my favorites. We had the pork chop and squids. All around delicious. Price is fair and appropriate. Service was wonderful. Place is clean and spacious. All good. Go here.
My brother took me to this restaurant for a late lunch. He recommended the pork chop rice with egg, so I tried it. It was very good, much better than another near-by Vietnamese Pho place. The pork chop was very tasty and tender. Portion was reasonable for the price. We also tried the traditional Pho noodles. It was also good, but I preferred the pork chop better rice better. Service was very good with friendly staff. Go ahead and give this place a try.
Panda Express
LONG black hair found in orange chicken of my bald dads and before say it’s someone’s hair from the household it’s was at the bottom oh his plate and bright neon green hair so it can’t be blamed on me We love panda but we are thankful this is not our usual location
I like fast food when I'm on the run and I love Chinese food and this is a perfect mix for me. I love their green bean chicken probably the most with the noodles. I discovered them in St. Louis, and now that I find this one, I'm going to be there tonight!
