Authentic Shanghai food, which is hard to find in this area. Drunken chicken, stired fried eel, sweet and sour fish, etc. Exellent chef skills. Portions are big and prices are reasonable. Service is great. Highly recommended.

Darda Seafood Restaurant is good food. The spicy garlic sauce on the shredded chicken is extremely hot and really good. The red chilis are not to be eaten, lol. But other than that, the food came out quickly. This was my first visit to Darda Seafood restaurant, and I plan to return again soon. This is a guys lunch spot, and everything is prepared Halal. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good lunch spot with fast service.

One standout dish is their stir-fried broccoli—amazingly flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning and wok-fired perfection. Everything here tastes authentic and true to traditional Chinese flavors, making it a great spot for a satisfying meal. While there’s often a long line, it’s well worth the wait. Some of the BBQ items take a bit longer to arrive at the table, but the quality and taste make up for it. If you’re a fan of Chinese BBQ, this place is definitely worth checking out!

Ocean Pearl offers classic dishes and a great variety. I’ve been here for a few birthday dinners and enjoyed the extensive options, especially their fried rice and soups. Food: The flavors are hit or miss. Some dishes, like the “Salt and Pepper Squid,” are seasoned perfectly, but others lack flavor. For example, the “Crab Meat and Fish Maw Soup” didn't taste salted. Fortunately, there are salt and pepper shakers on the side. Service: The service is decent, though not very attentive. The staff comes by to refill tea but rarely checks in to see if everything is okay. Atmosphere: The ambiance is warm and lively, with bright lighting in the evenings and decorations that gives it a modern Chinese diner vibe. It’s busy enough to feel energetic without being too noisy (around 7:00 PM on a weekend). The seating options range from booths and family-style round tables to smaller, more private tables. Overall, it’s a nice spot to visit casually with family. The atmosphere is welcoming, but I’d be picky with the dishes since the quality can vary.

The service was quite slow, and while the coconut chicken pot was decent, it wasn’t anything special. The rest of the dishes were pretty average. It’s an okay spot if you're in the area, but nothing really stood out enough.

Very nice decoration and vibe. The spicy pot is probably the best I’ve ever had in the bay. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to try authentic Sichuan hotpot to come to this place.

I can’t say enough good things about Chili Garden! From start to finish, the experience was absolutely wonderful. The service is outstanding—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. Even though we ordered takeout, the staff made us feel valued and appreciated, ensuring everything was packed perfectly and ready on time. The food itself was phenomenal. Every dish was bursting with authentic Chinese flavors, and the portions were incredibly generous. You could tell great care went into preparing each item. The quality and freshness truly stood out, and we all absolutely loved the food at our gathering! If you’re looking for delicious, authentic Chinese dishes with top-notch service, Chili Garden is the place to go. Highly recommended! Food: very authentic traditional Chinese cuisines. Very suitable for big party, so you can enjoy more dishes at a time, esp other spicy fish we saw at the other table lol Service: not really responsive. The door was opened all the time, so at night time if there happen to be some heavy smokers, seats that are closer to the front will be smothered. Ambiance: big party recommended.

We’ve tried the special pork noodles, lamb soup, pork burger, and several other dishes, and every single one has been fantastic. The pork noodles are hearty and flavorful, the lamb soup is rich and comforting, and the pork burger is crispy on the outside with juicy, seasoned meat inside. No matter what we order, everything is always fresh, delicious, and served quickly. Beyond the amazing food, the service is efficient, making it a great option whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. We had an amazing meal at this Xi’an restaurant! The Roujiamo was incredibly flavorful—the braised meat was perfectly seasoned, not too salty or greasy, but rich and aromatic. The Youpo Noodles were generously portioned, with delicious toppings like potatoes, tofu, and green beans, and the chili oil had an authentic kick. My boyfriend is from Zhengzhou and has been eating Xi’an cuisine since childhood—he absolutely loved it and couldn’t understand why the ratings are so low. The restaurant was bustling with both dine-in customers and takeout orders, yet only two hardworking staff members were managing everything. They were incredibly diligent and dedicated, and we truly appreciate their efforts. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for authentic Xi’an flavors!
