This is my favorite place for an amazing price chinese food. The people are always so nice and the food is hot and fresh. Today I had the garlic shrimp. Amazing! I plan on trying every item on lunch menu. By the way, did I mention I drive an hour away to eat here? Parking is hard but if you can't find parking in the lot, try the street. Well worth it!

On the lunch menu ordered orange chicken plate for my daughter and mixed vegetables chicken for myself. The warning bells for me first went off when I saw a lot of dried red chili peppers and my daughter’s plate when it was served. The chicken was overdone and didn’t taste right. My daughter was embarrassed and did not want me to send it back nor complain. I brought it to the tension of the owner and he acted stupid like he didn’t understand. My mixed vegetables with chicken was OK but bland. We should’ve went to panda express would’ve been many times better

Excellent, service food. This is true meaning of hole in the wall food. Don't pass this up.

This was the 1st restaurant I visited when I moved to Valley Village in 2002. It's been a favorite ever since. It's no surprise it's lasted the test of time. House Special Chicken for the win!

Very good. Tried for the first time and will definitely return. The pork fried rice was excellent. Lots of pork. Lots of flavor. More flavor than most places. Very tasty on its own. The Beef with String Beans was excellent. Tender beef. Very good ratio of beef to beans. Very flavorful. Definitely a repeat. The Garlic Shrimp was very disappointing. Didn't taste garlic. It had good flavors and the shrimp was fresh and not overcooked, but when I order something with garlic in the name, I anticipate tasting garlic. The Hot and Sour Soup was very good. Plenty of tofu, but would have preferred more mushrooms and bamboo shoots. It had about half of what other restaurants give. Lots of great flavor. A little more sweet than I'd prefer though. The chicken dumplings were good, but maybe not the best choice for take-out. Good flavor. Not greasy, but ate them at least thirty minutes after cooking and they should be eaten immediately. I'm definitely returning and trying other dishes.

If you're looking for quick bite and don't have a whole lot of cash, this is the ideal place. Not really ideal for kids but if you're also looking for privacy while having a quick meal, I'd highly recommend it. This place has been around for decades and I've probably been going there for just as long. Go check them out..

I stopped by here to pick up lunch for my wife. I found parking easily because it's in a big plaza with many parking spots. When I walked in, I was greeted by the worker and I looked at their menu first since my wife wanted the kids deal. I didn't see it on their menu so I asked and the worker told me they still have the deal. So I went with the chow mein, fried rice and kung pao chicken. I also asked for a side of chicken spring roll since my wife loves that. When I was about to pay, the worker asked if I was a Panda Express reward member which I was and after I scanned my QR code she asked if I wanted to use my reward for the free appetizer. The kids deal come with a free drink so I got my wife the Raspberry tea and also apple chips. My wife loved her dish, she said the chow mein and fried rice was delicious. They didn't give a big portion of the kung pao chicken but I guess they figure kids won't eat a lot.
