I've ordered from here a few times via Uber eats and every time theyve sent the wrong thing. I order my sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese, toasted. I order the same thing from the same app from other stores and I receive what I ordered. When I order from this store they send a plain flatbread not toasted. Even if you're getting the bread wrong unintentionally the ticket says toasted. The bread is wrong every time and they don't even toast it. At this point I think they are intentionally sending the wrong thing. The manager this last time was maranda Britt printed on my receipt. Order #5532B I edited my review to include photos of my incorrect order and another store getting my order correct.

Out of all the subways I've been to the Mason Ave location is definitely one of the best if not the best! The food is quality & service is consistent. I'd especially like to thank all the staff for paying very close attention to details making sure everything is exactly as requested! Thank you to Jacob, Jason (believe that was his name) and all the others for always delivering deliciousness and ensuring orders are done right! Keep up the good work and if the owner or management reads this your hard working staff deserves not only compliments but also a raise and promotion! :)

Very kind service and delicious food. I got the chicken plate and a side of vegetable spring rolls. The chicken bowl was bite-for-bite delicious, highly recommend. The vegetable spring rolls had nice taste but I probably should have avoided the fried food (personal issue). There is ample seating in the side room, to the right of the ordering counter, and lots of parking out front. Simple setup but lovely, would come back.

Bottom line: avoid if seeking authentic Chinese food, or looking for fancy setting. However, hands-down BEST service from the manager! This is a no frills restaurant blocks from ODU. Ordered the Chicken and Shrimp plate. My friend that ordered the cheaper beef dish got more food (square takeout container vice my smaller circular container). Not sure how that works out, but the main issue is the insane AMOUNT of sodium/MSG/sugar that went into the dish. I literally felt my blood pressure rising halfway through the meal. I am assuming this restaurant is tailoring their menu to their typical clientele, but as an Chinese-born American from NYC and having ate many home-cooked authentic meals as well as diverse range in quality restaurant food, this meal was unacceptable to my typically very easy-going palate. It saddens me to write a poor review on the food, (this being my first), as the manager was extremely kind, attentive, and genuinely a great guy! He came by multiple times to check on us and other customers (not the norm for take out-focused restaurants). Also, the restaurant features large (for a take out spot) seating area (easily accomodating 20 people). Best of all, no tipping asked. This is the first place where the point-of-sale system doesn't ask for a tip. Kudos! To me, tip shouldn't be needed if no dedicated waiter service. If you like "Americanized" Chinese food, give this place a chance; the manager is super friendly.

I ordered the boneless spare rib tips it was sweet not Smokey like you normally get at a Chinese Food Restaurant. My wings were just to salty and don’t get me started on the egg rolls that seemed like they were made and put down from last week. I would’ve gotten SuN SuN in South Windsor but I was stuck At home with my children. The only thing that we liked was the House fried rice (Big Big waste of money)

The best Chinese food around. I've been ordering from here since I was a kid and it's always top notch.

Small and casual place serving some great szechuan food. We tried the fried mushrooms, dumplings, wings and Dan Dan noodles. The fried mushrooms were good with a nice dusting of cumin. The dumplings were tasty. The Dan Dan noodles were great, with lots of peanut flavor. They were a little more fresh (less oily) than most versions we've tried. We liked those quite a bit. The wings were amazing and we loved those. I need that chili mix on top to sprinkle on top of everything at home! Nothing was too spicy, we might ask for a bit more spice on the noodles next time. Very excited we have a szechuan option with a cool vibe to add to our rotation. The restaurant is very cute and the service was great. Very attentive and friendly.

Incredible and I hope they stick around to teach us all of Mala! Friend and I met up here to catch up amongst all the spice and numbness. The mushroom fries had their very own cumin rub and it had a nice crispiness with a layered flavored. Wings were equally great. Seriously the rub does it! Great beef noodle soup and the hit has to be the Dan Dan noodles. The Dan Dan had layers of flavor and our guy mixed it perfectly table side for us. Definitely will go back! It was so good that I picked up mall tofu for to go.

So here’s my honest review strictly real The service is good nice easy to talk to gives good recommendations but the food here is honestly terrible I’ve had a lot of Chinese food throughout my life but here are the problems the orange 🍊 chicken tasted awful it was gray more than a bright white there was no flavor to it either and our side dish was teriyaki and one piece taste good the other one tasted like bleach yea the stuff you spray on your counter top lol 😂 the chow mein was ok the fried rice isn’t good and I’ve had some good authentic fried rice. So if your asking me if i would feed this to my family hell no not even my dog 🐕 please be careful when eating this place.

Amazing food! I ordered the orange chicken and ate in the car, it was amazing and tasted very nice warm and was like a comfort food. Don’t even get me started with the service, the lady there was so kind she made me feel like I was at home. The fact that the lady is working all by herself and she decorates the atmosphere is just pure sweet I appreciate it even though it might not seem much. Overall I recommend this place! Amazing, can’t go wrong!

This is one of my favorite places to eat hands down@ It's a drive-through Chinese restaurant, but they make all the dishes on the menu fresh every time! The food is excellent, and I've been a patron for over a decade!

Honestly the worst Chinese fast food I’ve had in awhile, threw my slimey lettuce meal directly in the trash (where it belongs) when I got home and opened it. Not worth the $60 I paid for three meals. General tso chicken is bland, not spicy at all, “fried” dumplings are soggy and taste like they’ve been freezer burned for weeks. Guess I’ll have some leftovers I’ll throw away in a few days after I forget about this waste of time and money. At least the rice isn’t terrible.

Best local Chinese food in town. Hands down. I’ve been getting takeout from here for 20+ years and have never had a bad meal. Best thing we get is house special fried rice, but also love the sweet and sour chicken, broccoli and beef, shrimp lo mein and egg rolls.

We went there last night with my family. We had teriyaki chicken, sesame delight, egg rolls, fried and steamed rice, and vegan fried rice. Overall the food was okay, and the service was very good, the waitress was from South Korea she was very sweet and helpful. The owner was very kind too, he asked us if we wanted some hot sauce.

Panda Who?? Call them the Giver, cuz OK Chinese Food gets the job done 👍 For about $8 (CASH ONLY) this longtime neighborhood restaurant doesn't disappoint for the price.

5 stars! The best egg rolls I've had ever! Food is cheap and fully portioned with delicious taste, especially when you get it fresh from the kitchen. I've been coming here for over 15 years and left Cali a few years ago. I came back and tried it again, and it's still just as good! It's a whole in the wall spot with 2 or 3 tables with limited seating and showing its age it can look visually off-putting, but trust me, there's a saying never trust a clean mechanic. With that said, I've never gotten food poisoning here, so I can't complain Give them a try!

Something changed and not for the better! The Cream Cheese Wontons were all Wonton with about one or two pea size amount of cream cheese. They were more like wonton chips. What shocked me even more was the fried rice... Did they change the recipe?! The fried rice I received in the bowl of beef and broccoli was dark and saturated in some kind of sauce and had mushrooms and bean sprouts in it. ????

Highland Park has turned into a extremely uppity place where codes on restrooms, including at this Leeann Chin. Just makes it feel less friendly. I waa bot impressed by this location or the food, which is usually good. Corporate has gotten stingy!
