Hong Kong Express
I was a frequent customer from the moment they first opened. However, over time the quality of food started to go down. Not sure if it was due to new staffing but you could definitely taste the difference. It wasn't as fresh as before and the prices kept changing even though I would order the same thing. I stop going after a while because it just wasn't the same. Just recently decided to give it a try again and it wasn't to bad. My total was $17.06 for chow mein and two sides of teriyaki and a small order of green beans.
Frequent customer, portions were good at the beginning but as prices started to go up the portions started to become less and less all the time 1 plate would be enough for atleast 2 person but now it's berly even enough for your self. Beef with bell peppers seem to have more bell peppers than beef. In one occasion that I got a wonton soup a worm came out on my soup and I still come and consume but it has become very disappointing at this point!
