Driving through Valley View Blvd, my wife and I got hungry and found this small fast food restaurant. We were surprised on how generous the owner served their portions for their two item combo. If you have a big appetite you can grab the three item combo. So deliciously prepared by their cook. The foos runs out quick but is well supplied by their fast cook who runs the kitchen just a call from through their intercoms the additional portions arrive ready to be served and hot. You have to try this fast food restaurant when you are around La Palma and Buena Park. They have huge parking and offers discounts to Seniors, Military & Students.

First time eating here yesterday. Looked nice and clean when you go in. Friendly lady at the counter gave us a few samples of the food before ordering. Food was great, fresh, and flavorful. Good portions on every serving. The only thing was not good was the teriyaki chicken it was chopped in small pieces and was really dried. The red BBQ chicken that was in a sauce was also dried and hard. Everything else that we ordered was good. The bathroom was cleaned and stocked.

As of April 2025, the Lobster Crispy Noodles dish is not listed on the menu at Panda Inn’s La Palma location. This specialty is available at the Pasadena branch, where it features Maine lobster over crispy egg noodles with shallots and enoki mushrooms, accompanied by a choice of black pepper or ginger scallion sauce. At the La Palma location, a comparable option is the Upside Down Crispy Noodles, which includes crispy egg noodles topped with Napa cabbage, mushrooms, snow peas, bean sprouts, and carrots in a Shao Xing wine sauce, with a choice of chicken or shrimp. For the most current menu offerings or to inquire about the availability of lobster dishes, it’s recommended to contact the La Palma restaurant directly.

The service was terrific. I loved that there were multiple people serving us as we needed things addressed and not just one dedicated server. They don't carry sweet-n-low or any sugar substitutes (Just a note, not a judgement), so naturally, I got a coke. The food came out very fast. It was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. We started with wonton soup. Even our pickiest eater was delighted. I got honey walnut shrimp, which is one of those hit or miss entrees in restaurants, IMO. Let me tell you - IT HITS here. The glaze isn't too thick or overly mayonnaise-y. The walnuts weren't soggy or too hard. They were perfectly textured and paired incredibly well with the shrimp. The shrimp were also perfectly sized. The broccoli beef was also delicious. Fresh broccoli that still had that amazing crunch (but not too much crunch). The flavor was terrific. I wasn't the biggest fan of the fried rice. I felt like it was lacking some flavor, but it did have a terrific mixture of ingredients. We took our leftovers to go, and they reheated really well, which was also a nice surprise. We will definitely be returning.
