Pauline's Chinese Kitchen
Inexpensive, but food is average. Food too salty, but service was slow, but quite pleasant. The best thing was the scallion flat bread. Ordered salted pepper spareribs, scallion flat bread, shredded pork with celery and beancurd, kungpao chicken, broccoli with fish filet and beef with eggs.
A little Chinese restaurant serves home style dishes. Dishes are generally authentic Chinese. Nothing fancy, but tastes good and no doubt Chinese. Pretty large selection and good mix of dishes. They also serve a few traditional favorites like dumplings, mini steamed bao, Chinese sesame bread etc. Dish price is in mid and low teens, pretty reasonable.
Tai Ping Sa Choi Kee
Soooo good for authentic Cantonese food! My favorite dishes were the XO sauce rice rolls and the beef brisket noodle soup. The rice rolls were soft in the inside with a slight crispiness from being pan-fried. The beef brisket was tender and the broth had great flavor. Ok and their CHILI OIL. Excellent. I think they make it in-house. It has a nice, roasted chili pepper flavor and definitely packs a punch. The service was amazing. We called in advance for a party of 7 and they had our table ready right when we walked in. We were treated so kindly by the servers and the food came out quickly. Note that it does take longer for the rice pots and the rice rolls to come out. Ambience was lively but comfortable. Good for a party of 2 or 12. You can bet I’ll be here the next time my family and I are craving some Cantonese food.
Cozy Guangzhou style restaurant. Service is good. The owner will suggest their famous dishes but not everyone can accept her. Prices are reasonable. Sausage clay pot rice is very delicious. Beef Entrails are good despite no bad texture. Overall the food has a light flavor to me but is good to others. Probably come back to try other items in the future.
