As all the locals know, this restaurant serves good Chinese food in huge portions! Best value restaurant I've ever been to. The containers are always so full, I love it! You can easily feed three hungry adults for $20.

It is one of the best place to purchase to go Chinese food in Foster City. They always have eight different type of dishes to choose from. Most importantly they are price very reasonably and they always stuff as much as possible into the box. The flavor of the dishes are your typical authentic American style Chinese food. If you're looking for gourmet Chinese dishes, this is not the place.

I've been a regular Take-Out customer for over 10 years. would always order the same Rock-Cod Claypot and always taste great. Weekend of 04/27/2025, I've made an extra order of the Sweet & Sour Chicken. The picture posted at the entrance window looked very appetizing. When I got home which is about 5 mins away, it looked totally different from the picture. A couple of small pieces of green pepper, but the sad part was the chicken was very soggy and the chicken tasted bland and soaked in some liquid and rubbery texture. It was bad. If the chicken tasted bland then it would not be the sauce. It tasted like someone order this a day ago and was just put aside. I love this place due to great customer service but I was very disappointed for what how they disrespected a regular customer for over 10 years. I called after I tasted it and they said that the next time I order I should request for the sauce to be put aside. NO. I want the sauce with the chicken so the chicken would taste like sweet and sour! Come on people. Value your customer especially regular customer.

1st visit: - The staff is friendly and nice, but the food is just so-so. We came for lunch, so we ordered rice and noodles. The braised duck wonton noodles soup is just so plain. They left the braised duck on a side dish, it was quite oily, so you had to eat them with the noodles, and much soy sauce for some flavors. I ordered a combo, fried rice with rolls and sweet and sour pork, and instantly regretted because I underestimated the amount of food. The pork fried rice is good, but the rest of the combo is disappointing. We also ordered mapo tofu because we really loved that dish, but their mapo tofu lacked spiciness. All we could tasted is sweet. That’s not mapo tofu at all. 2nd visit: - This time we stayed away from noodle soups and ordered dishes that can go with steam rice. The kung pao chicken is really good. It has the smell of what a Cantonese would call, the taste of the wok, “wok hee”. The honey walnut prawn is a bit sweet, but the spicy & sour soup nails it. Just the right amount of spiciness and sourness. => I would say it’s a decent Hong Kong restaurant. I’d love to try other dishes, but not the noodle soups.

When the food first came out, it was quick, warm and tasty! However, the next day I ate the leftover for dinner I am quite shock from the amounts of cooking oil. I know that good Chinese food doesn’t need a lot of cooking oil for it to taste good, so I am disappointed by that. I had to throw away the rest of eggplant dish because I am pregnant and isn’t good for me. Although the service and setting/environment was great. I might try again but I will request to limit on the oil. To me it’s more of a Chinese-American food, almost like Panda Express. The 3 dishes plus 18% tips, appx $75.

Always stop by here when driving to the bay. It’s like having comfort food without the hassle of cooking and cleaning after. They charge 18% gratuity on your bill, which I say is so worth it. From the time you take your sit, to the time your food comes to your table after ordering, fast and efficient! Server is also very attentive to your needs. Oh, the food! IMHO they definitely one of the best in Foster City!

ordered through the mobile app at 9 pm for pick up at 10. ordered a plate: half fried rice, half chow mein, orange chicken and chicken with strings beans. picked up the order but it was in a small bowl. didn't think too much since I had to go home. when I opened it they just threw all the food together, the portions were off-more chow mein than rice and I didn't get the orange chicken! if they had ran out of it they should have told me. service at this location is getting bad.

Chinese fast food chains of rice. Basically fried rice, chow mein and stir fried dishes, and fountain sodas. The service was pretty quick considering the line. The staff was skillful in scooping the food into plates. They always asked anything else to mane sure you got all orders before payments. We ordered 2 plates (2 entrees and 1 side each). The fried rice was pretty plain and dry, but chow mein was good. I personally liked their shrimps, especially honey walnut shrimps. My husband, on the other hand, preferred the broccoli beef. Overall, except the fried rice, the rest were delicious. Oh, and they give free fortune cookies per orders.
