Panda Express
I go to this establishment because I believe they gave better service.first of all the girl that gave us service look like she hatted her job and didn’t make it welcome .Also the plate that they call it bigger plate we thought it would be heavy. She skip us on the chow mein and rice like if she pays for her self. All the food was cold and didn’t give us utensils. We had to stop at a gas station to ask for forks to be able to eat our cold food.I expected better service and food quality from this establishment.Today they have fail in the Panda Express name.
Came here to pick up an online order. I realized I made a mistake in ordering my food and got an entree on my plate that I didn’t want. They didn’t hesitate to give me the item I originally wanted, free of charge! Hopefully no one uses my honest mistake as a way to try and get any free food though 😅
Hong Kong Express
Too much blackened burnt on teriyaki chicken. The pic does not show burnt areas well but just too burnt for my tastes so cut them out from chicken areas. The clerk needs customer service skills!! Will go La mein, better tasting foods and the best orange chicken!
I'm so glad we found this place. Much cheaper and bigger portions vs. Panda Express ($$). The chow mein is fresh and not so greasy as most chow mein is (actually can taste the noodles) and the fried rice is not dry and hard but soft and fried. I really appreciate the atmosphere. Family working together and busy! They sound like their kitchen is busy. Their workers take a break from cooking and are hard working. I totally understand and am glad this mom and pop shop is around compared to the larger Asian foods franchises around. Thank you for the yummy food! Hot sauce is fresh too!
Young's Gourmet
This place is super clean! Not that feeling of greasy oil over coating the entire restaurant. The tables were very very clean! And hand sanitizer everywhere! We ordered MSG warning. I did not feel it then but about half hour after I started to get an MSG headache. I do have sensitivity—I should have asked but forgot bc many places I have eaten recently do not use. Chef special Walnut chicken. Superb 5/5 The batter coating was light. No oily greasy feeling or oil absorbed into batter. The honey mayo dressing was also perfect light Mongolian beef. My husband gave it 4, me 3 stars. Because it was not really Mongolian beef. The correct name would be black pepper beef. It did not taste like Mongolian beef Kung pao chicken 3 stars was not as good. It was passable. The chicken seemed like it was lightly coated in cornstarch then fried. But it was fried a bit too long bc chi he was very dry. Also the sauce was not great. Tasted also a bit in the burnt side. I like smoky but burnt not great. See pic. I like tre chicken more lightly cooked so it’s still a bit soft and juicy. Sauce also too burnt Plain white Rice was horrible 1star. Edible inky bc we ate it with the good. Covered the bad low quality
Great food. Dinner combos are a good deal with appetizers, soup, rice, a lot of main item choices, and plenty left over for lunch the next day. We had sweet and sour pork and orange chicken
