Employee in front on 11/6/2024 (around Noon) was VERY RUDE & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! A bigger purchase and future purchases were not even worth it because of the HORRIBLE experience from this employee. Asked how long store had been open and/or in this location. Explained I was a REGULAR customer 20 years ago. I was hoping they were the same considering many places closed due to COVID…therefore my inquiry regarding length of time. Employee response didn’t occur until asked multiple times…the response…IDK (with much attitude. Said THANK YOU to same employee at register…again had to ask multiple times…no response…AT ALL. Lastly, informed her that her service level was sub-par, rude, and unprofessional…NO RESPONSE…AGAIN! Perhaps service level is unimportant since they seemed to not care after informed. No recognizable hearing problem(s). Please note food/egg-rolls only were VERY tasty and reminded me of my experience from the past 😁 Nonetheless, limited purchase due to service level being horrible.
I was not feeling good so I ordered ahead some war wonton soup when I got there it wasn’t fixed because she said people don’t pay, but I understand why the place looks closed when you walk up and this Wonton soup has absolutely no taste. I will not be going back. First and last. Maybe the years have just taken its toll on the business and the owners and it might be time to either revamp or close
