In town for a job and needed something good to eat. Gave this place a chance and boy am I glad we did! Food was great. But oh my the portions were HUGE! My leftovers that I ended up with were as much as I get as a regular portion from other Chinese restaurants. Staff is also very friendly and attentive.

I got the fried dumplings, it was more like steamed but it was still good, the sauce that came with it though I wasn’t such a big fan of it. My favorite was the chicken fried rice, definitely will order the rice again. Also got the orange chicken, wasn’t as spicy as I thought it would but it wasn’t sweet either, and veggie chow main which was also good. I would order from here again when in the mood for fried rice.

Ordered two kids meals. Orange Chicken and chao mein. Arrived at home and noticed only 3-4 small pieces of chicken. For almost $10, 3-4 pieces of chicken is not enough. They were lucky I was too far to go back to the restaurant! I called several times and nobody would answer! This isn’t the first time this happens. Other locations do the same. Prices are increased and they still try to rip off customers!

Disgusting . There was a roach, bug in my food. I sadly didn’t notice until I got into my second entree on the plate order. Look at the pictures and video . They helped me quickly, didn’t get me a hard time when I explained what the situation was. Come here if you want to. I’ll never be here again . This is such a low standard for food and should never happen.

Our waitress, Frida, was very sweet and welcoming. We had the Brussels sprouts and the Cauliflower appetizers which were very delicious so I highly recommend those. I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. It was okay. I wish I would have ordered something different. The fried rice was not what I expected. My rice was a little bland. I would come back, but I’d order something different.

Had food and drinks at this location. It’s been about 15 years since I’ve dined here. I figured, I had such a nice time hanging out at the bar at PF Chang’s in Fashion Valley, why not give it a try here. It was on a week day. The bar had a couple people sitting around the bar section while myself and partner sat at one of the nearby table. We were only greeted by the hostess, at the front door. Upon entering the bar, there was no staff present. We sat down anyway. Found a wobbly table that bartender later “fixed.” Minutes later a bartender appears. He was basic, not pleasantries. He never checked on us or offered us anything else. He wasn’t terrible, just basic. The bar area was not as busy as Fashion Valley’s. But the again, we had gone to Fashion Valley location during the week before new year. It was packed and lively. We also went during evening time. Our experience at Otay location was good. Besides the bartender lacking “personality,” the bar area was missing something. I can’t quite figure it out. It was just basic, just like the bartender. I would return again, but suggest getting a bartender that’s not so basic

Outstanding food & service everytime!! We have been dining here since our kids were babies & they never disappoint. Everything from the complimentary wonton chips when they 1st seat you, to the soups, rice and entrees are always delicious! Extremely fast service and the food always comes out HOT & fresh!! The entire staff is very good, and the young man who took over the family business is one of the most genuine (& funny) humans you'll ever meet. He always makes time to stop by and chat with us and make sure everything is good. Try the Fish Filet in Black Bean sauce... FIRE!!

Excellent service EVERY TIME! Hands down, the BEST Chinese food in Chula Vista! My family and I absolutely love their chicken chow mein, salt and pepper chicken, and orange chicken—everything is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ensures a great experience. This place is our go-to for delicious Chinese food, and it never disappoints! #BestChineseFoodEver! 🤩

The food is good, normal Panda Express. The place is clean and team is very polite. Parking is great, there is plenty of space. There is space to seat both inside and outside. Definitely a place I feel comfortable eating with the family or by myself.

First time here and honestly will not come again. I arrived at 9:26 pm and they did not have any items available not even the basic fried rice. The lady that attended me honestly only wanted me to go and not take anything since they close at 10 pm. It felt like she had a sense of urgency to hurry and close. The manager or team leader was there and was overhearing everything and didn’t turn a blind eye. I was always taught “lead by example” but that doesn’t apply here. Poor customer service and to top it off the lady that was at the register supposedly didn’t speak Spanish (my main language) the spoke to her coworker right after in Spanish really? Don’t waste your time or money here.

Today I've experienced the worst service provided from Panda Express employees. I've waited for almost 30 minutes to get my order after one of them said " can you please wait 5 minutes for orange chicken ?" After 25 minutes I went to asked them what is going on with my order and this time a different employee looked at me and didn't even bother to answer. This was my LAST TIME going at Panda Express at this location. They need more training when it comes to " costumer service ".

Line was long when we arrived. Servers were communicating with cooks and requested favorites to be made before they ran out so when it was our turn to order the food was fresh n hot. Generous portion sizes and very friendly staff. Kids were almost done with their meal while I went to fill their drink cups. Food reasonably priced.

The food came out quickly, and it was very delicious. I love that the salt and pepper wings are crispy but light and do not have a thick coating. Their noodles are very delicious as well. Will be returning.

This is THE place to get Chinese, I don't go anywhere else. and that's pretty much it.. My review is, once you come here, you won't go anywhere else, the prices are so fair for all the food you get, you come once and you have to enough for 3 days and the best of it is that It is crazy delicious and yummy and juicy even when you reheat. 15/10 💕

Nothing I can knock about this place. The wait staff is so friendly. The salt and pepper wings came recommended and my god they were so good. They were nice and crispy and with the green onions. Yum I want more.

I’ve had the pork fried rice, the sweet & sour chicken and the salt and pepper wings and they were all fantastic! The food is well cooked. It’s well seasoned and they give you large portions for a reasonable price. Definitely my new favorite place for Chinese food.

I have developed a horrible habit of speaking en español when I am at Asian restaurants. Luckily this is not an issue here. I was able to practice my No Mames and No Manches. Food comes out fast. Wings were tasty and crispy, fried rice had good flavor too.

A friend of mine told me that this restaurant served churritos (instead of the wonton fried strips with the tangy and sweet dipping sauce) and I was sold on coming here. I grew up going to Chinese restaurants that served churritos as the appraiser so I was especially excited to visit this place because of it. The food, DELICIOUS. It's not very greasy and the portions are great. The rice is fluffy and perfectly made. The people are super nice and attentive and the overall place seemed really clean. Our server came in to check on us several time, I wish I would have asked her for her name because she was great. I highly recommend this place!

Good "Chinese" food here. I had the BBQ pork but I think I was expecting a different type of bbq flavor. The rice was good but somehow reminded me of stove-top- stuffing. The service was very friendly. If you're nearby, Great Happiness, is definitely worth the stop. P.S. Great Happiness only accepts cash.

The food is pretty good I had orange chicken and this other chicken with the bone it was really good. They also had this rib but that’s a Dollar extra. I did not like that they do not accept credit card or Apple Pay however it is a small family owned business and it is understandable. I didn’t have cash so came up with $10 in change LOL. Food is pretty good. Price is fair.

This was my first time ever trying this establishment and I was absolutely not disappointed! The food was delicious. The service was impeccable! The waiter was very attentive. I got two of the combo plates and I'm so excited to try more! I also got the salt and pepper chicken wings, one of my favorites! The atmosphere is good , it was nice for casual dining.

Kim’s has been a staple for me. Anytime I’m in the neighborhood it’s the perfect time for a monster plate of food at the best price in town.
