My family usually orders the Family Meal from here and it is more than enough food for 4 people, as we usually have leftovers after each of us has had their fill. One thing I found interesting is that the Crispy Shrimp is in the shape of a ring. Their BBQ Beef and BBQ Chicken entrees are served on top of cooked cabbage. The Macaroni Salad isn’t my favorite thing here, but the entrees that can be included in the Family Meal make up for it.

For an authentic Chinese American (and Hawaiian)food experience, this is a great place. We’ve been coming to this place since it opened 15-20 years ago and I’ve always ordered the same two-item combo: jalapeño beef and mushroom chicken (dark meat ony) because they are excellent for non-authentic Chinese food. As noted by others, this place stands apart from other Chinese American food places because they cook everything to order. So every meal here is fresh and hot. Highly recommended.

I had great delivery from here! We got soup, and two rice noodle rolls. I loved the sausage rice noodle roll.

I ordered to go. Very friendly, limited English but still enough to get your order. Service and food was great and smelled delicious! I recommend this if you want a taste just like home. 😊

I've been coming to Chopsticks House for years and the food is consistently good. The chicken and broccoli rocks. Like most dishes there, it's stir fried and consists of white meat chicken, lots of broccoli in a light sauce. I'm not going to pretend it's health food, but it is a major step up from fast food restaurants. Food is cooked to order, so it's always hot and fresh. Turnaround is also quick. They typically have my order bagged and ready in 5 to 10 min, but may take a few minutes longer during the lunch rush, or a weekend evening. They will make substitutions or exclusions too. For those complaining about unfriendly staff, they are far from it. They are busy handling orders, the register and serving takeout/sit down customers, but always say hello and answer questions when asked. The restaurant itself is clean and a bit on the smaller side, but there is plenty of space to accommodate families. Walk in and seat yourself or order take out.

From when i walked in and walked out, Took about 10-15min for the food to be done for take out. Note there was just one person in front of me who had already been waiting. There was also a few parties seated and only one employee waiting tables+taking to go orders. This was my first time here and I honestly i just or de eres what I get usual from other chinese restaurants. It was more expensive than I expected all together but it was ok, I was rushing, just wanted food and this place looked reaal good on Google. I got a lunch special with white rice and hot n sour soup. No idea what the soup has but it was good. The kung Pao chicken was different than usually fast food Chinese restaurants. You can tell the quality is wayyyy better. Pricing justified 100%. I honestly have zero complaints. I wish the employee had one other person to help him manage everything!!

My husband took our kids here a couple of months ago and have been asking to go back. So when we went today, I wasn’t expecting much. But let me tell you something… best orange chicken we have ever had!!! The batter was crunchy and the chicken was juicy! Would totally go back for that and a few others entrees.

Orange chicken was super bland as well as my chow mein. Over all everything there looked super bland wish I went with my first instinct upon looking at all the food available. Orange chicken was a very pale orange and it looked like it might have been sitting there a while, I came in at 10. Nothing against the owner but I've definitely tasted better around here. Definitely needs a new recipe or maybe keeping fresher inventory.

Food was not good and I ordered fried rice with shrimp but didn’t get no shrimp and the egg was so nasty it smelled bad

This place used to be great till the new owner took over and replaced all the workers that made that place great. The food tasted bland. The workers and food used to make me look forward to eating here. Sad to see This change after eating here for little more than decade.

Very quick & friendly service. The restaurant was extremely clean and my online order was ready early. In addition to a good amount of inside seating there is an outside courtyard with fountain. Lots of tables with umbrellas & a Starbucks nearby as well. I would absolutely recommend to stop by only bummer is parking can be a challenge sometimes.

The staff do not care enough to give you sauce when you specifically ask for it I've ordered my food 3 times and asked them to please give me some soy sauce and every time there's none in the bag. Incredibly lazy staff do better.

Our tour guy brought us here, we arrived at 7:10 Sunday night. To be honest, it's one of the worst buffets I ever had in North America, the food were not fresh especially the shrimps, and the food serving areas were not organized and tidy...I still can't figure out why the tour guy brought us here, and it seems that he has been here many times!

Friendly service. Nice selection of food. There is something for everyone. I tried a little of everything. I really like their California rolls. The rice in it are not dry and has the right amount of stickiness. Highly recommended this place.

This is my second visit to this location, and both times have been frustrating. The first time, they messed up my order and forgot items. I decided to give them another chance, but it was just as bad. I placed an order through the app for three meals, expecting it to be ready at the scheduled time. Instead, I had to wait 25 minutes past the pickup time, while walk-in customers were getting their food before me. What’s the point of ordering ahead if it takes longer than ordering in person? The customer service is terrible—no updates, no apologies, just a long wait. I checked their reviews and now completely understand the low rating. This place hasn't been open long, but it's already clear why people are avoiding it. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

It’s always good to come to this panda. I never had any issues and they never held back on portion sizes like other store. 5/5 for service, food and etc. I like coming here straight after work since they have everything hot and fresh to go
