New Ing's Palace
Ing’s Palace took us by surprise in the best way possible. Walking in, we were greeted by a modern, stylish vibe that broke every “usual” expectation for an Asian restaurant. With its sleek lines, ambient lighting, and a cool, laid-back atmosphere, the space felt like a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. The vibe was casual yet refined, and from the moment we sat down, we sensed we were in for something special. We ordered the Mongolian Beef, and let me tell you, this wasn’t just any Mongolian Beef—this was a revelation. Each piece of beef was perfectly tender, coated in a rich, glossy glaze that clung to every bite, inviting you in with its deep, caramelized color. But what really set this dish apart was a smoky, grilled undertone that added an unexpected layer of flavor, almost like it had been kissed by a BBQ flame. It wasn’t just sweet and savory—it had a bold, unique depth that took it way beyond the ordinary. Every bite delivered that addictive balance of flavors, the beef melting in your mouth alongside fresh, crisp green onions that brought a perfect hint of freshness. This dish had everything you’d want in comfort food but with a surprising twist that elevated it to something truly memorable. Simply put, Ing’s Palace left us craving more. We’ll absolutely be back, and if you’re looking for a dining experience that’s worth every bite, this place should be at the top of your list!
Nice place, super nice staff! Polite and tentative. The food is good, maybe a bit on the prisey side in my opinion. We had the Seaweed salad, Dragon roll, Summer roll and the Dynamite roll.
China Chef Of Burbank
If you want to pay extra for a plate with almost no chicken and basically all veggies by all means this is where you should go. They became more expensive and give you way more veggies than they will meat. And if you call to complain they will laugh at you and hang up. They’re the worst, never coming back. And by the way this is how the plate looks after separating the veggies from the meat and noodles. Didn’t eat a single bite from this plate yet. It will look like a nice size until you see how much of it is all veggies.
Pretty Good! I had the Singapore Noodles and Crab Rangoon. I really liked the veggies in the noodles, however it wasn't alot of chicken and shrimp throughout. Also ordered beef fried rice. 3 items..$37.00. They are a bit pricey! Definitely have a lot of leftovers.
Spicy Thai Lao Restaurant
good service, always friendly. food is really good and fresh, sometimes it takes a while to get your order but that's because it's made fresh when you order. couple of items when off the menu, I asked the server and he said he lost his provider for some of the ingredients and he couldn't find any more as good, so that means he would rather discontinue an item rather than making it mediocre, speaks of good quality fresh food!! Careful! I'm used to spicy food and even I think the mid/hot ¾ is dang 🔥 🥵
Had a lunch yesterday! Always happy with the food. Especially the Som Tum Salad! If the thai restaurant sell som tum and its good, no doubt for others food!
Century Dragon
This is our go-to spot for Chinese food in the valley, and we’ve been coming here for over a decade. The lunch specials are a great deal, the egg drop soup is always fresh and tasty, and the orange chicken is consistently excellent. I crave the cheese wontons often haha. It’s a great place for a casual date or even a business lunch. So glad it’s still around!
Excellent lunch prices. Standard, but tasty offerings. Atmosphere is plain, but that's fine. Service is always great and food is quick. One of Burbank's best bang for your buck.
Frontier Wok Too
One of my favorite Chinese take-out places closed in downtown after 40 years of activity, and I've been looking for a substitute ever since. This might be my new spot! It looks to be family owned by very friendly people. The reason I went was for the aromatic shrimp that I saw on the menu, I tried the hot and soup, the Orange Chicken, the classic Kung Pao Chicken, and the Fried rice with Shrimp. I liked the addition of zucchini to the soup, it's the first time I see that and the soup was not too vinegary, but I would have liked it a bit more white pepper forward. The aromatic shrimp were very nice, the broccoli would have been nice if sautéed with garlic. Overall I think it's a great spot for the flavors and their prices. They also have half portions if you want to try out various dishes. It's another one of those place you might just drive by looking from outside, but you should give it a go!
We visited for dinner on a rainy day. They took our order and served us complementary soup 🍲. Foood was definitely 👌 good. Orange chicken was my favorite. (Crispy). Service was fast and excellent. Price is fare $
Nu Great Wok
GREATEST TASTING ORANGE CHICHEN EVER GREATEST TASTING VEGETABLE FRIED RICE EVER
Found a roach in my food. Reported to Health department. Nothing has happened, nor have I heard anything. Thought I should at least share. They quickly took my plate so I couldn’t get a picture. They knew the drill…highly recommend staying away.
Panda Express
It would be great if everyone worked as a team instead of leaving one cashier to handle all the tasks. They shouldn’t just be shaking hands and walking around without paying attention to the customers. The cashier should be more helpful and greet customers with a smile, rather than looking disinterested. This will be my last meal here because the experience really took away my appetite.
We recently placed an order through the Panda Express online app for a Family Meal and picked it up in-store. The ordering process was smooth, and the estimated wait time was reasonable. However, we were pleasantly surprised when our food was ready even quicker than expected—a definite plus for a busy evening. For our meal, we selected White Steamed Rice, Super Greens, The Original Orange Chicken, Honey Sesame Chicken Breast, Beijing Beef, and added an extra Mushroom Chicken. Starting with the highlights, The Original Orange Chicken was exactly what we expected—crispy, tangy, and sweet with that signature orange glaze. It remains a fan favorite for a reason. The Mushroom Chicken was also a hit, with tender chicken, fresh mushrooms, and zucchini in a light but flavorful sauce. Unfortunately, not all the dishes lived up to our expectations. The Beijing Beef was decent but didn’t stand out compared to the Orange Chicken. The Super Greens were fresh and provided a nice balance to the meal, though they were on the garklcky side. The White Steamed Rice was standard—nothing special, but it did its job as a neutral base. The biggest letdown was the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast. It had a very starchy texture and lacked the vibrant flavor we were hoping for. It didn’t quite match the quality of the other entrées, and we wouldn’t order it again. The pickup process was quick and easy. When I arrived, the restaurant wasn’t too busy, and my food was already packed and ready. The employees were polite, though there wasn’t much interaction beyond handing me the order. The packaging was sturdy, and everything was still warm when I got home. Overall, our experience at Panda Express was a mix of highs and lows. While the Orange Chicken and Mushroom Chicken were great, the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast was a disappointment, and the rest of the dishes were just okay. The fast pickup and reliable online ordering were definite positives, but the inconsistency in food quality means we’d be more selective with our choices next time.
Sun Moon Garden
Food is amazing. Been going there for over 20 yrs+. The go to is the Dinner Special. Soft noodles with shrimp. Served with fried rice, egg roll and 1 fried shrimp. The hot tea is also such a treat. I wish they brought back the peas and carrots in their fried rice. Try the Shrimp Chips. My kids fight over it.
First time here, I ordered take out. Waited while my food was prepared, pretty fast service! I ordered orange chicken (was too soggy, not crunchy by the time I got home, and a bit too sweet. Would not order again unless I eat it there maybe). The house chow mein on the other hand was great! Loved it!
Hong Kong Express Chinese Food
I can't believe I waited for an order to e made of wontons amd when I drove home and opened up the bag I found they were burnt crispy. Total let down
Great and easy Good food Always are efficient Come here often as it’s right around the corner
Two Volcano Seafood Boil Buffet
Quite a fascinating and large mix of foods on offer. Everything I ate was great except the egg rolls, which were tasteless. Excellent, prompt service for sodas (included) and ice cream (both included in the upfront price). Huge negative is styrofoam plates and plastic utensils. 😲👎👎 But I did discover there are real plates at the hibachi grill. If I come again, I'll have to bring my own silverware.
I liked this place. $20 a person. $12 - 13 for kids. The food was decent. They have a hibachi line where u can choose noodles, rice, and veggies to build ur stir fry. The sushi was tasty and well prepared. I was impressed. They have party spaces for lease. Bathrooms were pretty clean. Staff was nice and attentive. I recommend. Super clean and the food came out fresh periodically. I'll go back. Takeout is available but they charge by the pound.
Panda Express
I eat at this Panda Express a lot. Service: The entire staff is super cool. The manager is cool and the chefs are always down to help you out. If you get in there by 8:00 even if they don't have what you want sometimes they will cook you an extra batch. Food: The food is good but it does vary. If you look through all my pictures sometimes you get that extra fresh just cooked food and sometimes you get that must have been here over 30 minutes food. I'm a creature of habit but I would definitely recommend the beef and broccoli, the chicken and green beans, the honey sesame chicken, or the shrimp when it's available. Also last but not least I always highly recommend most people that work in customer service industry or Chef life should get a massage and if you frequent this Panda Express then you're also right next to one of the best massage therapists on the west coast healing hero hands. Just a fun fact about Burbank and this area.
Hit or miss. Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it is only ok. It's fast food so unfortunately it's hard to reach great when compared to restaurants. Especially when it is prepared before you get there for the most part. It is convenient, fast and not expensive. If any dish is low, unappealing and or does not look fresh; do not hesitate to ask how long for a fresh batch. Usually it's less than 10 minutes, if you are willing/able to wait it may just be worth it. Service 90% of the time is great, very friendly. Every once in a while someone is apathetic but luckily rarely rude. Portion sizes are hit or miss, sometimes it's not bad considering the freshness, sometines you're like I paid how much for food that has been sitting under heat lamps for who knows how long? The orange chicken isn't too consistent, I'm not sure if it's difference of chefs or not. Sometimes there is a little sauce, sometimes a lot. Sometimes it is super sweet, sometimes just right. Sometimes it is really spicy, sometimes it is just right. Almost always there is a ton of starch over relatively small pieces of chicken. Some of the smaller pieces seem like there is no chicken. The chow mein noodles are usually good, but the veggies aren't great and sometimes there seems to be as much veggies as there are noodles. The broccoli beef si ok but almost always there is too much broccoli. The beef is pretty consistent and not bad. The honey walnut shrimp is my favorite but not very consistent, almost always too little walnuts and half of the time the portion size is small even if you pay the 1.25 premium fee. The grilled chicken is consistent and a good healthy entree. Plenty of meat. The fried rice is ok, the veggies are probably frozen medley and usually very little egg. Wish there was more, really adds tonthe flavor profile.
Panda Express
I had an amazing experience at the Panda Express on February 16th located at 1541 N Victory pl Burbank. Thanks to the manager Isabel S. & their exceptional leadership. Isabel truly made my visit special by ensuring that my order was perfect & providing outstanding customer service. Thanks to her dedication. I felt genuinely appreciated as a customer. It's rare to find such great customer service. I highly recommend visiting Burbank location with Isabel S. leading the team, you can always expect great service & fantastic experience. They deserve to be recognized for their hard work & kindness.
I ordered through the app. Indicated all my requests but when I picked up my order I was not given my order complete. When I requested the extras I ordered, the manager proceeded to ask an employee how many plates she could give me for the family meal and gave me four plates. I asked for soy sauce, but none was given. I don't see the point of checking off the panda pickup receipt if they are not going to follow the special instructions.
