TLDR: Black Pepper Angus steak entree COSTS more and is POOR quality. Don't order. Most times the food is great, today was not. I tried the Black Pepper Angus Steak for the first time; it was very poorly made. Beef was tough and chewy, large chunks of broccoli were only weird stem things, and woody bits of veggie which I can only imagine were supposed to be broccoli. But the real kicker is this is labeled as a "premium" dish, and you pay more for it. Panda, what happened?

I am truly impressed by this Panda Express location. It’s our go-to meal when I can’t cook or need something quick. I also want to commend the assistance I received, especially with the rewards program and the staff’s patience. A lot of times, most checkout registers (in panda express chains) wouldn’t have the patience to deal with reward points, but you really took the time to walk me through it so I could use my rewards and save points for next time. I just wanted to express my gratitude for the positive experience I had at this specific chain. Server’s name: kamila A

My family and I have been coming here for several years. Food is consistent and delicious. Prices are super affordable, considering the large portion sizes. The waitress always remembers our orders and is friendly. We usually come in with a group of 5 or more and we are attended/served promptly.

Our "go to" restaurant when we're in Benicia, food and service is always great. For Ash Wednesday, and Lent in general, we get the Walnut Prawns, Prawns with Mixed Vegetables, Tofu Chow Fun, and Fried Rice. We got some free tea while we waited for our Take Out order. For Lunar New Year gifts, we got some free extra fortune cookies, lucky candies, and Lucky Red Envelopes for our grandkids! Thank you Cindy.
