Cheung Hing Seafood & Dimsum
Overall good foods and good service! Since it’s the Lunar new year season, no more crab and lobster noodle specials. The Lunar new year combos are expensive. But the family combos look like a good deal in the normal menu. We ended up ordering our favorite individual dishes so we could have all we like. The overall prices are reasonable, and the foods are delicious! I highly recommend the lobster noodle as it tasted fresh and delicious that I didn’t have it in other restaurants with the similar price range. And the service is much better than the average Hong Kong restaurants! Besides, it’s popular here so come early and reserve before you go. We reserved at 5 pm and the restaurant became crowded very soon! My family and I had a good time here! Highly recommend!
Pretty authentic Hong Kong dim sum. We came here twice and their dim sum was always on point. The restaurant was always super busy during daytime for dim sum hours. (It got less crowded at dinner though.) Be prepared to wait quite a while during busy hours. There’s always a long line. Once seated, you can choose either from the dim sum cart or write the number on the dim sum flyer to order. They are quite understaffed, so sometimes you cannot get your request fulfilled right away. The dim sum was really delicious and they had a good selection. Our favorite was obviously shrimp dumplings (Har Gao), but the other dishes were also tasty. Their crispy shrimp rice rolls were good, but I personally liked the Fried tofu with XO sauce. Their dessert was also great. The mango pudding was not too sweet. It’s a good dim sum place in the Peninsula.
