Chon Saan Palace
The food was fine but not great. Don't be fooled by the prices. From what I could tell, the large plates 🍽️ are pretty much the same portion as the small plates, so just pay less and get the small. I got tricked 🪄 because the waitress didn't properly answer my question about the difference between the sizes. We did come here two times though because it was close to our hotel 🏨
24/3/25 Tldr : Hair in food Wait staff confronted us with attitude Ps. Roast pork burger was disappointing I entered the restaurant with my family, and everyone had ordered different dishes so we could swap and share. The experience was going well until my neice discovered a hair in the food she was already chewing. She immediately became visibly upset and tearful. She hurried to the bathroom and regurgitated the food there. After asking what happened and determining the hair was not hers, we calmly and quietly waved over the serving staff and told them what had happened. Unfortunately, we were greeted with an uncooperative attitude and side eyes from the staff. They then outright said, "The child must not have enjoyed her food, and therefore we didn't want to pay, so we made up the story about the hair." It was too late to show them the hair when they came since the child had flushed the toilet because she didn't want to vomit the food right at the dining table. We didn't make a big fus about the incident and paid for the food and then left. It's unfortunate that I had to write this review, which I wouldn't have, if even a single word of apology was said.
Atlantic
Atlantic Restaurant has been dropping. Flavor is still there but at a much higher cost. Price didn’t “change” per sé, But the quantity has fallen considerably that the meals need extra water for gravy. We’ve consistently bought food and have noticed. But today we had no gravy for our white rice. Mapo Tofu used to be full to the plate. A slight bump and all the sauce spills in the bag. NOW, I have to pre-soak my rice or add some water to wet my rice. Recommend the flavor but it’s getting real boujee for fast food. This meal is not worth $28 anymore.
Pretty gross out front, could use a major face lift .still takeout only , food is awesome 👌.
