DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The Mongolian Beef I ordered had barely any beef. It had over ¾ lb of onions and grease. It was bland as can be, and not spicy at all. Panda would've been better. The only reason we even tried the place, was because most places were closed for Easter. We will NEVER go back!!

Order places at 1600, was told would be ready by 1700. Get there at 1715 due to work, and food still not ready. Wait 45mins!!!!!! For RAGOONS THAT WERE IN SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER! The 2 wanna be cholas in the front have horrible customer service and communication skills. And the lady, who was packing the orders and put our ragoons for 45 MINS into someone else's order, doesn't have a busy bone in her body. From eating here weekly!!!! We are done! This was by far the worse service we have ever received from this place! And we will not be returning! Thank you for this!

Live in QC, and typically go to Golden Harvest when we want good Chinese take out. They're on vacation, so saw this place, it had good ratings, so decided to give it a try. I noted two separate places when ordering asking that the spicy garlic chicken have light sauce. When I picked up the order and got home, it was drowning in thick sauce. I promptly called the restaurant to advise, and the guy at the front immediately states that they saw the note, and that I was given light sauce for it. Ok, I seriously doubt that the guy manning the front register saw my dish when it was packaged. He says if I want "extra light sauce", bring it back and they'll re-make it for me. Some guys apparently just cant admit when they are wrong. I drove all the way back to San tan Valley, and as soon as I walked in, the guy again said that I was given light sauce. I disagreed, and showed him, but again, he wouldn't accept responsibility for the restaurant ignoring my original request. They re-make the entrée, and he shows me before I leave. I reply "yes, that is light sauce". He says "for us, that's no sauce". Haha...what a jerk. Not only does this place have a hard time owning up when they're wrong, but all 3 entrees my fam ordered were covered in this slimey/gunk that I guess they refer to as their "sauce". The food is opposite of good. First and last time going to this place.

I don't understand the need to add so many veggies to a Mongolian Beef dish. It was pictured in Uber eats as almost all beef with some spring onions. As you can see from my photo this dish is mostly vegetables. In fact, I would say it's 75% vegetable. This is becoming a thing with Chinese restaurant and I don't get it. If you're trying to cut costs, most people would prefer smaller portions and better quality.

ordered a plate from this location via uber eats on 4/24/25 and while my uber eats driver was very prompt and delivered straight to me, the food looked and tasted hours old. i threw it all away. disgusting.

I love this panda, I've never had any issues here and they are fast with the line. Hard to find a panda where you dont get stuck in a huge line everytime. I love the stringbean chicken!

This is one of the best restaurants. Been ordering here for nearly 2 years. My wife and I LOVE this place. Portions are super generous, food is so delicious and flavorful. Boneless spare ribs are the best char siu I’ve ever had and so inexpensive. Orange chicken is the best OC you can find. We love to order from here. I’ve been in to order in person once, and the family is so nice and generous!

Bobo China has been my go-to for delicious Chinese food for about 10 years or so. The flavors WERE always on point. But recently the food has been seriously lacking flavors. Then I found out about the ownership change and sadly,I will no longer be ordering from here. I tried it one last time tonight. The wanton soup (my favorite) was so bland. Even adding soy sauce didn't help. My daughter's favorite is the chicken chow mein... noodles were soggy and tasteless. Even the chicken within the chow mein was flavorless. The orange chicken a family favorite, had a fishy aftertaste. NO THANK YOU. So disappointed. Only thing I can say about the new ppl is that they are very friendly... Really Missing the OG Bobo china!!!

Placed an online order for Door Dash delivery. The Beef Chow Fun had NO BEEF, lots of egg, NO BEEF. Called restaurant and was told the manager said to bring it back in and they will remake it. There are reasons customers order online for delivery one being they cannot get to the restaurant and that is exactly why I ordered online. Asked for another option and was told that is it. Bad business, especially for a regular customer. Get your business in order, how dare you send incomplete orders at premium prices and just expect to inconvenience the paying customer even more than you have already done by leaving out the beef in Beef Chow Fun. Funny because you don't have Chow Fun on your menu only Beef Chow Fun as a Chefs Special, so really how hard is it to get it right???? You need to implement quality control at your restaurant and make sure orders are complete and correct.

Update Nov 2024. Something’s changed. And not in a good way. My wife and I had the family dinner - Sesame Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Family meals come with two fried shrimp, two egg roll, choice of several rice options, and a choice of soup. You cannot order two types of soup or two types of rice, so even though our tastes are different, we agreed on the vegetable rice and wonton soup. The wonton soup portions were served in individual containers and so I do not understand why we could not order different types. Also, the soup is NOTHING like it was just a year ago. The portion was small but more importantly, it was prepared with what was either a cabbage leaf or a lettuce leaf. All of the crunchy veggie add ins from the last time we ordered are now gone. The fried shrimp was disappointing - thick flavorless gummy breading over a small shrimp with no flavor. My Mongolian Beef was served in an overly sweet, thick, overpowering sauce. My wife’s Sesame Chicken lacked flavor. The vegetable rice lacked flavor but was a nice version of fried rice. Loaded with veggies. When you order a family dinner there’s no option without an upcharge for any seafood. The standard choices include pork, chicken or beef. Portions are smaller and prices are up, but that’s par for the course these days. We will have to decide whether or not to continue to support Chen’s. New photos are attached. Update Jan 2024. Ordered pepper steak, cashew shrimp, a large won ton ($8.95 and feeds four), beef skewers, an egg roll. This is elevated Chinese food. The soup alone is a meal with so many fresh crunchy veggies added. Light broth, low sodium. Same with each entre - low sodium, light broth, crunchy veggies - which means fresh. I call it contemporary Chinese. Fast but nutritious healthy satisfying and affordable. Each entre will feed two-three. I'm still impressed. Chen's has a California-fresh Chinese -vibe kinda thing going on. More pics attached. Ordered take out. First time here. Completely delighted with the quality, taste, texture and price. Had the Hunan Beef with white rice and a spring roll and a cup of wonton soup. The soup was served with fresh crunchy cabbage. The beef had a great smoky flavor, good heat, fresh crunchy veggies, and the beef itself was thinly sliced and very tender. Will be back. I recommend. Pic attached.
