My husband is Puerto Rican and this is the only true authentic good Puerto Rican restaurant in AZ! It reminds me of his mom’s cooking! Today we got the special and OH MY GOSH it was to die for! This is our go to for feel good food and will continue to be! Thanks Phoenix Coqui!

We've been dining in for lunch about twice a month since they opened when visiting family in the area. There were some speed bumps along the way but this place is on point now. The food is NOT the typical American style with yellow fried rice that this "Chimaican" (Chinese / Jamaican) sees a lot. Some reviewers commented on a lack of flavor but I strongly disagree. We visit outside of the typical 'busy' times that can affect a restaurants qualtiy though. Pictured is my favorite, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Chicken wirh Zuccini (with the last Crab Rangoon & sauce) and Beef Lo Mein.

We ordered online and the food arrived fast and steaming hot! We got the Mongolian Beef with brown rice and the Orange Chicken with fried rice and two egg rolls. The dishes were listed as being spicy and they did not disappoint! With amazing taste, great portions, perfect temperature and low prices, we will definitely be ordering again soon!
